Menu for gastritis: we take into account the recommendations of nutritionists. Useful recipes for gastritis: diet food for the patient Proper nutrition for those with gastritis

Compliance with certain nutritional recommendations for diseases of the digestive tract is considered a fundamental point in treatment and rehabilitation. If the diet is not followed, the treatment will not bring the desired result. Proper nutrition with gastritis of the stomach, it has a direct positive effect on the functioning of the digestive system, acts indirectly on the body, changing metabolic processes.

Today, thanks to the development of pharmacology, drugs are being produced for the treatment of diseases of the digestive system. The therapeutic diet has changed: the list of products allowed for consumption has expanded. It is necessary to adhere to recommendations on nutrition and understand the need for such a regimen. Proper nutrition is becoming in demand for people with a mobile lifestyle.

Hydrochloric acid is constantly produced in the stomach - the most important component gastric juice. Food products affect the secretory activity of the stomach in different ways, stimulating the organ either actively or weakly. Patients with gastritis need to know the prohibited and permitted foods.

Strong stimulants of secretory activity

These are forbidden foods for patients affected by gastritis with increased secretion, but with atrophic gastritis, the listed culinary delights are allowed in small quantities.

A responsible role is given to culinary processing. For example, fried meat is a stronger stimulant than boiled meat. Eating fried meat with gastritis of the stomach is not recommended for this reason.

Fats initially suppress secretion, and after the formation of saponification products of fats in the intestine, stimulation of gastric secretion occurs. For example, if you eat a herring in vegetable oil, initially you feel good, the stomach will remain silent. Gradually, heartburn, dyspepsia, stomach pain will appear, as evidence of the harm eaten.

It is important to match correctly healthy foods. For example, when combining proteins with fats, the stimulation of secretion is not as pronounced as when consuming just fats. However, it is extended over time, long. Patients suffering from gastritis with erosions are called upon to avoid such combinations.

Motility of the stomach

At various types gastritis, motility is an important factor affecting the patient's quality of life. The patient has to make an approximate daily menu, not to eat in in public places so as not to get into trouble.

The motor function of the stomach and intestines is affected by the consistency and chemical composition food, any piece of food eaten affects motor skills.

Solid food stays in the stomach longer. Carbohydrates are evacuated faster, then proteins, and fats are the last to leave the stomach. In chronic gastritis, knowledge of the order is considered an important factor that can worsen the quality of life.

General principles of nutrition for gastritis

The main goal of therapeutic nutrition is the treatment of the stomach and the prevention of exacerbations. Products for gastritis are divided into harmful and useful, recommended and not recommended.

  • Eating on a schedule will cause the stomach and enzyme systems to get ready in time to receive and digest the food. Correct Mode nutrition promotes reparative processes.
  • Food for gastritis of the stomach is offered varied in terms of the content of nutrients and taste.
  • The diet and menu for the week are compiled for a specific person, based on gender, energy consumption and other factors.
  • It is required to take into account the correct percentage ratio B:W:U.
  • Proper food handling.
  • When developing nutrition, comorbidities are taken into account.
  • Proper nutrition is recommended in combination with in a healthy way life.

Mechanical damage

You should not overeat - there is a mechanical irritation of the stomach due to overstretching. Regular excessive consumption of food is especially harmful. A person suffering from gastritis must understand that the inflamed gastric mucosa is extremely vulnerable; when overstretched, the mucosa is injured.

Food, including fiber, damages the gastric mucosa, especially the inflamed one. Coarse fiber products:

  • radish, turnip;
  • beans;
  • peas with husks;
  • unripe fruits;
  • gooseberry;
  • grape;
  • currant;
  • raisin;
  • dates;
  • wholemeal bread.

Eating foods with connective tissue fibers is not recommended:

  • cartilage;
  • meat with veins;
  • fish skin;
  • bird skin.

Chemical damage

When compiling a menu for gastritis, choose products that do not stimulate the secretory activity of the stomach.

It is worth canceling or minimizing the amount of acidic foods, however, patients with low acidity eat a small amount.

Thermal damage

Healthy food is warm food. Hot or cold foods damage the inflamed stomach lining, increasing inflammation. It is desirable to use warm dishes in the diet.

gentle mode

A sparing diet is based on the principles:

  1. It is necessary to eat in small portions and often, facilitating the work of the stomach.
  2. Gradual transition from diet to diet.
  3. Accounting for the stage of development of the disease, the alternation of diets and the use of products.
  4. Accounting for comorbidity.
  5. Prevention of possible complications.

Acute gastritis

In acute gastritis, before the appointment of therapeutic measures, the cause is eliminated. common cause becomes poisoning, a mandatory event will be washing the stomach with warm water or a soda solution prepared at the rate of 12 g of soda per liter of water. After washing, a single dose activated carbon in the form of a powder dissolved in water will make you feel better.

Then it is worth deciding what is allowed to be eaten with gastritis. First of all, you should consult a doctor, in case of a severe course of the disease, call the house. After examining the patient, the doctor will always, in addition to treatment, recommend medical nutrition: diet, food, drinks.

  • Fasting 2 days, accompanied by a normal drinking regimen.

This is a period of cleansing the body of trapped toxins and partial restoration of the digestive system. During this period, questions are inappropriate whether mushrooms, pancakes, sour cream are allowed.

  • The transition to nutrition, according to diet 0. The consumption of liquid and semi-liquid food enriched with vitamins is provided. Caloric content is low - up to 1000 kcal per day.

The diet is prescribed to patients after surgery, the recommended food is selected as sparing as possible, and the work of the stomach is minimal. The composition of the diet includes a minimum of products, exclusively necessary.

Long-term adherence to the diet requires the appointment of parenteral nutrition, the regimen does not include enough nutrients for a fulfilling life. Diet is useful only in the first days after the onset of the disease.

What products are allowed to be consumed:

  1. fruit juices with sugar;
  2. tea with sugar;
  3. weak broth on meat;
  4. jelly;
  5. scrambled eggs;
  6. butter.

Do not eat strong irritants. You can not smoke, tobacco smoke has a detrimental effect on the gastric mucosa, promotes the development chronic gastritis.

Eat little by little, in small portions. After fasting, the stomach needs to “wind up”, like other enzyme systems of the body.

  • On the third day - diet 1a.

Compliance with the recommendations will maximize the protection of the stomach from mechanical and chemical damage. The main list of allowed foods corresponds to diet one. A characteristic feature is mushy food, taken 6 times a day. The daily amount of energy is 1800 kcal due to the reduced amount of proteins and fats. The dietary table is prescribed for a short period, for a long-term intake there is a lack of nutrients.

  • On the seventh day, nutrition begins, according to diet 1b.

This is a transitional diet from 1a to 1 to gradually complicate the work of the stomach.

Diet 1b is necessary for a gradual transition to more difficult food for the stomach. There is a transition of predominantly liquid food to mushy and semi-solid, the action cannot be done quickly. Daily calorie content 2500 kcal.

  • Long term diet 1.
  • Gradual transition to a normal healthy diet.

Nutrition is designed to comply with certain principles that are required for compliance by a person who has had acute gastritis:

  1. The diet is recommended varied, typical for the area of residence.
  2. Sufficient energy, the diet consists of foods with sufficient calories. With food, a person receives energy for an active and vigorous life. To determine the energy content of the product, a calorie table has been developed.
  3. It is supposed to eat 5-6 times a day, taking into account snacks, tasty and healthy. It is necessary to have a snack not with a chocolate bar, but with an apple, not with chips, but with nuts.
  4. Haste gets in the way digestive system work. When chewing quickly, large pieces of food inhibit the work of the stomach, overstretch the organ. Food is delayed, dietary advice becomes useless.
  5. A sufficient amount of vegetables and fruits, without coarse fiber. If after once suffering acute gastritis, there were no stomach issues, the list of vegetables and fruits is like that of a healthy person.
  6. Food should be cooked differently, you can not refuse soups and eat main courses. Each culinary form has its own advantages, dishes cannot be ruled out.
  7. Sufficient water intake. Soup, juice and tea are not included in the item. The body receives useful liquid only in the form of water, everything else refers to liquid food. It is required to observe the drinking regime.
  8. Proper distribution of B:W:U during the day. For example, during breakfast it is better to increase the amount of proteins, they are slowly digested, slowly releasing energy, which is enough until the next meal.
  9. The last meal is no later than two hours before bedtime. It is better to give preference to vegetable, dairy dishes. If cooking meat products, they are carefully prepared to reduce the load on the stomach.
  10. The rule of thumb is fresh food. It's a principle healthy eating and .
  11. You should eat when there is a feeling of hunger.

Characteristics of diet 1

Ratio B:W:U 100g:100g:400g respectively.

Daily energy requirement - 2800 kcal.

The duration of the diet is up to six months.

AT without fail it is recommended to take into account the characteristics of the body. Each person has their own list of foods that cause stomach pain. These are supposed to be removed from the menu. Often the patient knows that with gastritis it is possible or impossible.

If the product is on the list of approved products, but the patient has dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, the product is canceled. If a person’s stomach does not respond to a prohibited list, it does not mean that the product is good.

The age of the patient must be taken into account. For example, with the development of gastritis in young patients, the list of products can be expanded to increase caloric content due to B and F by 20-30 g. With the development of gastritis in aged patients, most of the diet should be made up of easily digestible foods. In older people, the number of calories needed is reduced.

In the process of following a diet, it is useful to take vitamins, the content of vitamins C, groups B, A, E, PP is especially important. Before prescribing vitamin complexes, the doctor will conduct a medical examination.

To achieve the best result, you must strictly follow the recommendations of the doctor and, in addition to the diet, receive the treatment prescribed by the doctor.

Chronic gastritis

Diet for gastritis of the stomach is made taking into account the nature of violations of the secretory activity of the stomach, how pronounced inflammatory process, individual food preferences, an adequate ratio of essential substances in the diet. It is necessary to monitor the nutritional value of patients with.

If manifestations of flatulence are expressed due to stagnation of the contents of the stomach and fermentation processes in the intestines, you will have to limit the amount of carbohydrates.

If the patient has a nutritional deficiency, it is necessary to increase the amount of protein to increase the calorie content of the diet.

More fiber is included in the diet of patients with chronic gastritis (CG), exceeding the recommendations of diet number 1.

Features of diet therapy for chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG)

Diet in the treatment of gastritis is necessary in the acute phase to reduce the effect of damaging factors and stimulate the gastric glands to secrete.

When the condition has stabilized, it is possible to move on to diet 2, designed specifically for patients with CAH.

Diet Feature 2

The need for a diet is confirmed by a doctor, you should not self-medicate!

Features of diet therapy for chronic gastritis with normal or increased secretion

If the condition worsens, it is supposed to refrain from eating for a couple of days and drink plenty of water. Eating stimulates gastric secretion, it is strongly not recommended to eat at first.

Then stick to diet 1a, a week later - diet 1b. With stabilization of the condition and a decrease in clinical manifestations, after 2 weeks it is possible to switch to diet 1. The main criterion for switching from a diet to another is the absence of unpleasant sensations from food. Subject to simple rule the work of the stomach and intestines will begin to become more comfortable. If eating a permitted soup brings pain in the stomach, you will have to extend the diet and consult a doctor.

The next stage of treatment will be diet 5.

The transition between diets depends on the development of the disease in a particular patient. Gastric juice in humans is produced in different ways, in each case of the disease, features are seen.

Chronic gastritis and mineral waters

Most mineral waters reduce inflammation of the stomach, but more mineralized waters stimulate secretion, while less mineralized waters inhibit it.

With increased secretory activity of the stomach, the presence of symptoms of heartburn, it is recommended to take bicarbonate mineral water, drink one hour before meals.

With atrophic gastritis - saline-alkaline water 20 minutes before meals.

If you take seriously the common disease of gastritis, with treatment to observe the necessary restrictions on food, a person will not only exist, but enjoy all the tastes of life.

If the doctor diagnosed the patient with gastritis, then in addition to taking medication, he must follow a strict diet. It is prescribed in order to have a sparing effect on the inflamed organ and in order to prevent recurrence of the disease. In this regard, many familiar foods are excluded from the human diet. But at the same time, the patient should receive vitamins and useful elements.

A strict diet for gastritis is a balance between sparing and good nutrition.

Drug therapy cannot completely cure any type of gastritis: acute, chronic, with increased or reduced level acidity. All the drugs that are in the assortment on the shelves of pharmacy kiosks can only remove the symptoms of the disease for a while: pain, spasms, heartburn.

Without a diet, medicines are just empty shells that will not lead to the desired result, will be a useless financial waste.

General principles of diet

During the manifestation of the inflammatory process in the gastric mucosa, it is important to eat rationally in order to normalize digestion. Diet food has some features that will help the patient to easily cope with gastritis:

  • any type of gastritis requires the use of nutrients in the required amount: 100 g of proteins, fats and 400 g of carbohydrates. The number of calories consumed is also important, it should not exceed 3000;
  • try to drink plenty of fluids, if there are no contraindications (about 2 liters / day);
  • Eat often, but in moderation. A diet for gastritis contains vitamins and nutrients necessary for the body;
  • Eliminate hard foods from your daily diet. The foods you eat should soothe irritated stomach walls. Before use, any products should be crushed, chopped and boiled well;
  • meals should be frequent 5-6 times a day;
  • dishes should not be too cold or too hot;
  • It is forbidden to eat before going to bed, as the stomach needs to rest.

Diet for chronic gastritis

For each patient, the gastroenterologist individually appoints .

He takes into account

  • how the disease progresses
  • draws attention to the severity of symptoms,
  • studies the results of tests, the level of acidity of the stomach.

Therefore consultation of the gastroenterologist is obligatory. In no case should you self-medicate.

  1. Dishes for chronic gastritis are steamed, baked, boiled or stewed.
  2. The patient's diet should not contain spicy, fatty, smoked, salty and hard foods.
  3. On average, the diet should be followed for 2 months.

However, there are some rules of rational nutrition that must not be violated for the rest of your life:

  • do not overeat;
  • stop drinking alcohol, fast foods, carbonated drinks;
  • quit smoking.

To start the process of restoring the functions of the digestive organs, protein foods, vitamins E and group B must be present in the patient's diet.

What products are recommended for gastritis with normal/high acidity of the stomach?

In strict order, you should adhere to the diet of the 1st table, be sure to drink whole milk, which can normalize the level of stomach acidity. If you have a milk intolerance in pure form, then you can safely add it to teas. What to eat with gastritis with low acidity of the stomach?

If an insufficient amount of digestive juice is produced in the stomach, then therapeutic nutrition should purposefully reduce inflammation in the gastric mucosa and stimulate the production of hydrochloric acid by the glands. In this case, you should adhere to a moderately sparing diet No. 2, which protects the digestive organs from the strongest mechanical impact. With reduced acidity of the stomach, food should be crushed, boiled well and rubbed through a sieve. Among the permitted products for this form of the disease, it should be noted:

You need to eat with gastritis in such a way as to help the work of the stomach

The stomach is the first organ in which the food eaten by a person begins to undergo intensive processing: the proteins contained in it are broken down, and the food itself is mixed. In addition, with the help of hydrochloric acid, products that have entered the stomach are disinfected. When inflammation of the mucous membrane of an organ develops, that is, gastritis, proper food processing does not occur, as a result of which the entire body suffers. It is a properly composed menu for gastritis that will not only prevent injuring an already inflamed organ, but will also help the body get those substances that are vital to it.
