Skin care with natural products. Natural skin care Natural face care

Every woman wants her face to be fresh and well-groomed. Unfortunately, not all cosmetics that are produced today are effective. In addition, not every woman can afford to spend a tidy sum on expensive cosmetics.

Nature gives us natural products for the care of delicate facial skin, and these products are much more effective than the most expensive cosmetics. Natural cosmetics are easy to prepare yourself, at home.

Almost any natural product can be used for natural cosmetics. Vegetables, fruits, cosmetic clay, decoctions medicinal herbs, honey, dairy products will give your face beauty, youth and grooming.

From natural products, it is easy to prepare face masks, scrubs, lotions and tonics to cleanse the skin. It won't take long and you won't have to spend a lot of money, because everything healthy foods have at home.

For the preparation of natural lotions, cucumbers, parsley, cabbage, carrots, melon, zucchini, lettuce and potatoes are most often used. An important role is played by the freshness of products and the absence of harmful substances. Vegetable juice is applied to the skin, and for the preparation of masks in the form of puree, you can use flour, oatmeal, clay or starch for a certain density.

Dairy products are also famous for their calming effect. Milk is used for dry and sensitive skin, it perfectly softens and nourishes it.

Sour cream is an excellent base for many masks, due to its high fat content. Therefore, it is added to products for anti-aging, whitening and drying masks, which are used for normal, dry and aging skin.

Daily rubbing of the face with slices of cucumber tones and rejuvenates the skin, and simple masks from ordinary kefir are a real salvation for oily skin.

To make your facial skin smooth and delicate, use a ground coffee or oatmeal scrub, and green tea lotions will get rid of bags under your eyes.

Natural cosmetics nourish the skin, thanks to the beneficial substances and vitamins that they contain. They contribute to skin rejuvenation, as they remove dead cells from its surface. With the help of natural remedies, you can easily remove puffiness, narrow pores, remove excess fat, or vice versa, soften dry skin.

With the help of, for example, fruit masks, you can get rid of freckles or get rid of unwanted pigmentation of the skin of the face.

Unforeseen allergic reactions to natural products should be considered. Therefore, before using any natural remedy, test for sensitivity - apply a little of the finished product to the skin, leave for a few minutes, then remove and wait another 10 minutes. If there is no redness left on the skin, you can safely use this product for cosmetic purposes.

Do not forget about water - it is the most important means for preserving beauty. We are not talking about tap water, because it has a high level of chlorine and pollution. Every day, wash your face with boiled water, to which a decoction of chamomile is added. Better yet, freeze a decoction of medicinal herbs and wipe your face with ice cubes - in just a few weeks you will not recognize yourself, your skin will shine with health, black dots will disappear, and your face will look younger.

Taking a daily contrast shower will increase blood circulation, so your skin will become toned and wrinkles will smooth out.

Use natural skin care products more often, and your body will be for it.

For skin care, a minimum of natural products is enough, and cosmetic companies do not care about our beauty and health, but about their profits. So says Dominic Loro, an expert on harmonious and minimalistic living. Here's how she suggests nourishing and purifying the skin and maintaining beauty.

Facial care: less is more

In skin care, there is also a rule that less spending guarantees better results. Most of the products sold in stores actually damage the skin.

To clear the skin, find a good mild soap with glycerin or honey. Use it in the evening to remove make-up, even if you didn't make up that day. Dust and dirt eat into the protective film produced by the skin (which is why the skin acquires a yellowish tint), and the skin needs to breathe.

But in the morning she does not need soap. Her best ally is ice water: After this wash, Japanese women pat their face 150 times to stimulate blood circulation and improve complexion.

Next, the skin should supply, based on her condition: if the air is humid, she needs almost nothing. If it feels tight or dries out, one or two drops of warm oil, applied with the palms of your hands, will be enough. As a rule, what is good to eat is good for the skin: olive oil, sesame oil, almond oil, avocado oil. The rest of the tea, applied instead of lotion, protects the skin thanks to the natural oils it contains, without clogging the pores.

Applying oil to the skin, accompany this action massage. This daily procedure should be learned, understood and put into practice. There are more than three hundred tiny muscles on the face alone, and if they are massaged, the tissues will stay in place. It is very important to apply these techniques consciously, because the state of mind in which you take care of the skin affects the result. If you do a facial massage with love, then the skin will become more beautiful: the epidermis and hair function in close connection with the body, environment and thoughts.

Last tip: The sun is skin's number one enemy.. Protect yourself from it with a hat and glasses to avoid premature wrinkles.

Skin doesn't need soaps, lotions or creams to be clean and soft. It must be cleansed and nourished. Give up chemical products, lotions, all excesses. Beware of the traps set by the cosmetics industry. The skin, like the digestive system, absorbs everything we give it and transfers it to the blood.

The best skin care is healthy eating, adequate sleep, clean water and... happiness. Everything else is secondary. Skin care should be limited to deep cleansing, nourishment and thorough protection. Ask any beautiful woman what she uses to take care of herself, and she will most likely answer: “Oh, yes, almost nothing!”.

Deep cleansing

Boil 200 grams of water, add 2-3 drops of aromatic oil (lavender, lemon, etc.) and steam your face to open the pores, then apply home mask for the face: 1-2 teaspoons of flour mixed with the same amount of yogurt, lemon, rice vodka and infusion of various roots. Food, water and sleep

Try to eat only fresh, unprocessed foods.

Drink mineral water for... the minerals it contains! (Water is the best cosmetic product.)

Go to bed before midnight and get 6-8 hours of sleep each night. Too much or too little sleep is bad for your health.

Look at yourself in the mirror more often and do not be shy about your appearance. This is how you get results.

List of funds

Another way to use apple cider vinegar. Diluted in a small amount of water, it dissolves soap residue both on the skin and in the hair. A bottle of vinegar, mild soap, good oil, shampoo and conditioner should be the only cosmetics you have in your bathroom.

Tone cream

A woman who has found "her" foundation is able to conquer the world. Buy a quality foundation and make sure it's invisible. Apply it only to the area of the eyebrows and nose, as well as under the eyes, in small amounts, with your fingertips, without rubbing. If you distribute it more evenly, then you will look unnatural. In addition, an excess of any substance closes the pores of the skin. Here, too, you can achieve great results with less money.

For dry skin

Eat half an avocado a day and apply a teaspoon of puree from it on your face for ten minutes (a wonderful effect is guaranteed, try it), add a glass of sake with three drops of oil to the bath.

Although most people don't realize it, their favorite beauty products can contain many harmful ingredients, toxins and chemical substances. The fact is that many store-bought cosmetics contain artificial flavors, colors, and other additives that can easily be absorbed into the skin through the pores, potentially causing a number of negative long-term health effects.

The chemicals found in cosmetic products can cause harm throughout their entire life cycle, from their production and use by consumers, to their disposal and negative impact on the environment.

The good news is that there is great amount natural and natural ways to keep your skin healthy. In this case, you do not need to buy expensive and harmful chemicals. Women all over the world have been using natural skincare products for centuries and are experiencing amazing health and beauty benefits! So, today we are talking about natural skin care.

Unfortunately, most of the mass-produced products we use every day—whether for personal care or beauty, household cleaning or storage—contain an endless supply of synthetic ingredients that can do more harm than good.

It's hard to shop for skin care products these days, with so many options for hard-to-pronounce ingredients on every lotion or scrub package. Knowing that purchased products can lead to serious skin problems, do you really want to leave these products in your home?

When choosing your skin care products, look for raw ingredients that don't contain any harsh chemicals or anything artificial! The more natural ingredients a product contains, the more likely it is that the health and appearance of your skin will actually improve.

Store-bought skin care products tend to contain toxic ingredients and chemical fragrances that have been linked to everything from hormonal problems and allergic reactions to infertility and even cancer.

One of the most significant effects of exposure to toxins from artificial skin care products is hormone imbalance because many foods contain hormone disruptors. These disruptors are substances produced outside the body and can act like or affect hormones. They include synthetic, patentable hormones that have a negative effect on the endocrine system and can affect women menstrual cycle, fertility and even hormone levels in men.

Some of the molecular structures of these chemicals, often referred to as endocrine disruptors, are so similar to natural estrogen that they fit into the same receptors in the body. They either bind to these receptors so that your body's hormones don't work, or they end up in the nuclei of cells where they have a negative effect on chromosomes or DNA.

How did they all let this happen? Here are some facts that will help answer this and other questions:

  • There is little regulation of cosmetic and personal care products. In order for a product to be approved for commercial use, there is a simple approval process.
  • Looking at the labels of store-bought skin care products can be really scary! These products contain thousands of chemicals that are absorbed directly into your body. The government has little control over these processes, since the cosmetics industry is practically unregulated even in developed countries.
  • Many beauty products, including cleansers, lotions, and scrubs, use petroleum-based chemicals. Mineral oils are not naturally collected from plants. When an ingredient interacts with chemicals, it actually clogs the pores. Your skin is losing its natural ability flush out toxins, leading to increased acne and signs of aging.
  • Some harmful chemicals that are used in cleaning products, scrubs, and lotions include dangerous parabens, synthetic dyes, fragrances (which can cause allergic reactions), toluene (which is also used to dissolve paint), and sodium lauryl sulfate (which can cause disease). kidneys and respiratory damage). And these are just some of the harmful ingredients! This is why a seemingly simple shampoo can really hurt you.
  • Introducing chemicals into your body will limit the body's natural healing processes, the body's immune system, impair eye health, and increase the chance of damage to the respiratory system from harmful chemicals and additives. In addition, many of these chemicals are irritants to the skin, resulting in redness, dryness, and flaking.
  • Making homemade scrubs and lotions will not only have a positive effect on your health, but also on environment. Petroleum-based oils are made from unsustainable fossil fuels. Also, think about all those plastic jars and packaging that need to be recycled.

For hundreds of years, aloe has been used to treat skin conditions, infections, and as natural remedy from fungal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.

The aloe vera plant produces two substances used in medicine: a gel found in the cells in the center of the leaf and a milk that is obtained from the cells just under the skin of the leaves. They can be used for skin care, as well as for the treatment of burns, frostbite, psoriasis and herpes.

Collagen is currently growing in popularity as one of the best and affordable natural skin care supplements. Collagen helps build healthy skin cells and is partly responsible for their elasticity, softness and firmness.

If you do not get healthy sleep, then the effect of this will be equal to the effect of stress. Stress and lack of sleep waste your body's energy, so that healthy skin is compromised. Consider implementing healthy sleep and ways to relieve stress.

Finally, if you're still suffering from acne and other skin problems, eat plenty of greens and consider cutting out gluten, sugar, and dairy.

Another thing is surprising: if you look closely, it turns out that at the heart of this multi-million dollar beauty industry is nothing more than grandmother's recipes familiar from childhood, the secrets of hereditary herbalists and folk healers. Furthermore, contemporary attitude to care for your own beauty (SPA philosophy as A complex approach to the external and internal state of a person, the theory of biorhythms and physiological types) - all this is based precisely on ancient rituals and traditional ideas about the human body.

We pay special attention to our lifestyle and inner feelings. And the recipes remain the same, we use all the same plants that have preserved the beauty of women for many thousands of years. Fruit extracts, essential oils of flowers, concentrates of medicinal roots, crushed spices - all this culinary and cosmetic alchemy came to us from time immemorial. And now is the time to use it for our own purposes - with its help we can recreate at home almost all the procedures of the spa.

The new harvest opens up new properties for us in vegetables, fruits and spices. And let those around us suspect us of being fascinated by magic or trying to master super-exotic cuisine - we can safely answer that taking care of our own appearance is both, but, above all, it is an art. So arm yourself with a mixer and prepare your own elixir of eternal youth!

Do you want to have smooth, well-colored, healthy skin? But there are very few people who have such skin without making an effort. Therefore, it is necessary to stock up on patience, self-discipline and, starting from the age of 30, be very attentive to the condition of the skin on your face. Regularly apply cleansing, toning, nourishing, moisturizing cosmetics.

First of all, you must understand what type of skin you have, since their care and use of products are different, apply cosmetics appropriate for age. The skin is divided into three types:

  • Oily. In such skin, the sebaceous glands work hard, it is susceptible to inflammation, since on this type of skin the pores are very open and dirt gets into them more easily, frequent acne and acne are possible, it has a glossy sheen and a grayish tint;
  • Dry skin. Owners of such skin constantly feel the tightness of the skin. In youth, such skin even looks attractive, it has a smooth appearance due to the fact that the pores are practically invisible, but every year, starting from the age of 25, problems appear caused by peeling, irritation, redness, microcracks appear on the skin;
  • Normal skin, as mentioned above, is extremely rare, people with such skin do not have all the problems that dry and oily skin has.

Each type of skin can be divided into sensitive, which is very responsive to external factors, problematic, such skin very often develops acne and acne, fading, which is characterized by flabbiness, sagging and wrinkles.

Not always and not everyone has the opportunity to constantly visit a beauty parlor, so if you know your skin type, you can take care of it at home without any special costs, using inexpensive components for masks, scrubs, cleansing procedures. Use natural ingredients (berries, fruits).

Natural skin care products

Care must begin with cleansing the skin. Morning washing is best done with soft water, melt or rain water is ideal for this, but this is not always at hand, so you can add 1 teaspoon of borax to 2 liters of water in ordinary water.

It is very good to use frozen cubes of herbal infusions (chamomile, nettle, calendula, parsley). In addition to cleansing, the skin will receive a tonic effect.

You can use purchased lotions for the face, but it should be borne in mind that for wiping dry skin, you should avoid alcohol-containing compounds that will additionally dry your skin, such compounds are more suitable for oily facial skin. When washing dry skin, apply cosmetic cream or milk.

For oily skin type, washing with mineral non-carbonated water is suitable. The washing procedure must be done at least 2-3 times a day, while it is better if you let the water dry on your face on your own, without resorting to a towel, so your skin will receive additional moisture.

When washing oily skin, it is advisable to resort to cosmetic foam, since it is problematic to wash off the oily film with just water, which means that you will not open the pores and it is difficult for the skin to “breathe”. Apply the foam with massaging movements with your fingertips or a special face brush, this will serve as an additional charge for the skin.

Cleansing the skin with peeling and scrub

Additional cleaning can be done with peeling. This procedure should be carried out by owners of oily skin 2-3 times a week, and dry skin is enough once. The deep cleansing procedure will relieve your skin of dead cells, excess sebaceous cover, impurities, reduce peeling, and open pores.

Before applying the scrub, it is better if you steam your face with a steam bath or by simply applying a hot towel to your face, so you will achieve more results from peeling.

But it is worth refraining from deep cleaning for people who have inflammatory processes on the skin, any even the smallest damage to the skin. After the deep cleaning procedure, it is better to refrain from going out to open air during the day, so this procedure is suitable for the weekend.

Moisturizing and nourishing the skin

The next step is to moisturize your skin. With age, the skin actively loses its natural hydration, less collagen is produced, and climatic conditions have a great negative effect on the skin. To moisturize the skin before leaving the house, you can use special wipes or thermal water.

Moisturizing can be done for dry skin with rice (powder) crushed in a coffee grinder and aloe juice, the leaves of which are best kept in the refrigerator for several days. For oily skin, use cosmetics containing zinc and sulfur. Do not neglect decoctions of herbs.

And now the skin needs to be “feeded”. Nutrition is carried out with the help of daily application of the cream. Do not confuse day and night creams, use them for their intended purpose and it's good if they are the same company's products, they are more balanced with each other. DO NOT apply a thick layer of cream, otherwise you can clog pores, remove excess by blotting with a tissue after 2-30 minutes.

Face masks made from natural products

In the complex, the use of masks will be very good. For dry skin, it is good to use in their composition:

  • egg yolk,
  • various oils (it is better if they are not refined, they contain more useful substances),
  • heavy cream and sour cream,
  • honey and banana.

For oily skin nourishing masks, use:

  • egg white,
  • oatmeal and wheat flour
  • whey and non-fat yogurt,
  • pulp of fruits and berries, as well as their juice,
  • aloe.

If your age is under 30 years old, it will be enough to use masks once a week, but if your age is already mature, resort to them two to three times a week, your skin will respond to you with an improved condition.

The use of cosmetics for facial skin care

Do not forget to protect your skin from natural phenomena that lead to loss of fluid in the skin before leaving the house, use protective creams daily, no earlier than 30 minutes before leaving the house.

Resort to contrast washing, it will invigorate and tone the skin. Pay attention to the protective cosmetics you purchased contains vitamins and glycerin. In winter, it is better to use pasty blush and pressed powder containing fat.

It is desirable that the cream has UV protection, even if you apply this cream in winter. If your skin has inflammation, use salicylic acid or tea tree oil for acne. In summer, refrain from very oily cream, it is better to use gel-based and water-based cosmetics.

When applying any cosmetic, do not forget about your skin type and age, do not use the product just because it helped someone.

Be sure to watch your diet, this is one of the main components of skin condition. Try to refrain from a large intake of fatty, spicy, sweet, starchy foods. Drink plenty of water (if not contraindicated).

When making skin care products on your own, be attentive to their ingredients, you may be allergic to one of the ingredients, choose a different recipe for yourself. Sleep at least 8-9 hours. When applying a cosmetic product on the face, do not forget about the décolleté area, this part of the body gives out age very much. Apply funds to the neck should be from the front - from the bottom up, and on the sides - from top to bottom.

And also remember that when you apply a cosmetic, do it correctly, strictly along the massage lines: from the center of the face to the periphery, with light sliding movements of the fingertips, you should not press hard and stretch the skin. Be careful with the skin around the eyes, do it with light patting movements from the outer corner to the inner.

When you apply the mask on your face, relax, do not do it in a hurry, run, facial expressions should be calm, forget about business, problems for 20-30 minutes, otherwise you will not achieve the desired result. Good luck to you.
