Here, too, everything is quite simple and the result depends on the type of form and its size. I had a mold with a diameter of 25 cm with a Teflon coating on hand.

Recipe for tortillas from cottage cheese and bran according to Dukan

The recipe is very simple: cottage cheese and bran should be equally divided, i.e. 50% to 50% relative to your stage.

Mix thoroughly, turning all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
