Ingredients used (for 4 servings):

  • Chicken hearts, 500 g;
  • Champignons, 300 g;
  • Buckwheat, 300 g;
  • Medium bulb;
  • Butter, 100 g.

Mushrooms are fried with finely chopped onions in butter, hearts are introduced. Pour the washed buckwheat groats, add half a liter of water and turn on the "Extinguishing" mode.
