    The berries must be carefully squeezed, the prepared juice diluted in water and used after meals.

Juices are prepared for the winter. For this, the container in which the drink will be stored is sterilized and carefully rolled up with a lid. Juice is stored for 6-8 months, nothing else can be added there.

Additionally, jelly is prepared from the berries. To do this, they are boiled over low heat with the addition of sugar, after which they are twisted into small glass containers, the jelly is stored for 8-12 months.

Hypertension can be treated with a drink made from black berries. For this, currants are taken in the amount of 600 grams, rubbed through a sieve, 5 tablespoons of honey are added to the resulting slurry. The resulting mixture is diluted with warm water, preferably carbonated, and tasty sweet water is obtained, which brings beneficial properties and has a tonic effect. There are contraindications to such a drink, for example, it cannot be used for ulcers and gastritis, and it must also be consumed throughout the day in small portions.

Currant berries are used for:

  • prevention of vitamin deficiency;
  • changes in the composition of the blood;
  • improve appetite;
  • in violation of the metabolic process.

Contraindications to the use of currants:

  • increased blood clotting;
  • peptic ulcer;
  • diseases of the duodenum;
  • hepatitis;
  • allergic reactions to the berry and its components.

Contraindications of the plant do not make it possible to use it for thrombosis, strokes. Currant juices for such complex diseases, even when diluted, are strictly prohibited.

Contraindications apply primarily to pregnant women. The use of such a berry in such a sensitive position is allowed, but in small quantities, otherwise future child may be born with a tendency to be allergic to the berry. Juices and fruit drinks from the plant should be excluded altogether.

The beneficial properties of a shrub are several times greater than contraindications, but this does not mean that the latter should be neglected and grass should be used.
