Cook the condensed milk in a water bath for half an hour, stirring frequently. In the microwave, a miracle dessert will be prepared in a matter of minutes. Place the container with the mixture in it for half a minute, remove it for a few moments and reheat for 30 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times.

Condensed milk according to Dukan: recipe for a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • skimmed milk powder - 75 g;
  • sweetener - 5 tablets;
  • low-fat liquid milk - 150 ml.

Combine the products in a small container. will help you create a water bath effect. Fill a bowl with water, place a steamer sieve on it, and place the container with the sweet mixture on it. 3 eggs;

1 tsp without a slide of instant coffee;
1 tsp (5 gr.) baking powder;
2.5 tbsp. (40 g.) soft cottage cheese 0% fat;
1 ml. “Rum” flavoring;
12 gr. sweetener Fitparad.
for impregnation:
2.5 tbsp. (40 ml.) water;
0.5 tsp instant coffee;

for cream:
2 packs (360-400 g.) soft or creamy cottage cheese with 0% fat content;
2 tsp without a slide of instant coffee;
100-150 ml. milk 0% fat;
10-12 gr. sweetener Fitparad.
for greasing the roll:
1 tbsp. heaped cream;
100 ml. 0% fat yogurt;
2 gr. sweetener Fitparad.
Norms: (if with isolate) 1 DOP, BRAN for 1 day
Fry skim milk powder over low heat.

Cool the fried milk a little, transfer it to a blender or coffee grinder, and grind it to flour.
In a separate bowl, measure out the bulk ingredients: oat bran ground into flour, fried and crushed milk powder, cinnamon, isolate or corn starch, baking powder.
Mix the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, dissolve coffee in 1 tsp. warm water.
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add yolks, cottage cheese and 6 Fitparad sweeteners to the bowl with coffee.
Beat the mixture with the yolks with a mixer.
Add flavoring (if available).
Now take a little break from preparing the roll and turn on the oven to immediately bake the sponge base. The oven needs to be preheated to 170 degrees.
In a separate bowl, beat the whites and 6 g. sweetener Fitparad until stable peaks form.
Add the whites and a mixture of bulk ingredients into the mixture with the yolks in small portions (I did it in 3 batches).
Mix from top to bottom until smooth, add sweetener to your taste, if required.
Now you need to take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper or put a silicone mat, and evenly distribute the dough in the form of a rectangle.
I used a silicone mat. The size of my rectangle turned out to be approximately 30x22 cm, 0.5 cm thick.
Bake the roll base in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 10 minutes. Don't dry out the biscuit!
After cooking, you need to remove the biscuit from the mat. This is done easily and simply:
Lay a towel on the table and place the mat on it with the biscuit side down.
Carefully remove the mat, leaving the biscuit on the towel.
Immediately wrap the biscuit in a towel to cool, become soft and flexible.
While the biscuit is cooling, make the impregnation:
Everything is simple here: mix warm water with coffee and sweetener. The impregnation is ready.
Cream for roll:
Dissolve coffee in a small amount of warm milk.
Add soft cottage cheese, sweetener and milk to the coffee mixture. Mix everything with a spoon or beat with a blender.
The consistency of the cream should be a little thick so that it does not leak out of the roll, so when adding milk, control this moment, because... soft cottage cheese also comes in different varieties.
If the cream turns out to be runny, don’t be alarmed; if you wrap the roll correctly, the cream will remain inside.
Now comes the most important part - assembling the roll:
Place the base on a flat surface.

Using a silicone brush, lubricate the biscuit base with impregnation - you don’t have to “pour” it all onto the biscuit - you just need to grease it well!
Spread the cream onto the biscuit base.
Leave one spoon of cream for greasing the roll.
Distribute the curd cream evenly.
Carefully wrap the edge of the roll and press lightly.
During the wrapping process, the biscuit can also be lubricated with impregnation.
Prepare the lubricant for the roll: add yogurt and sweetener to the remaining cream. Beat the cream for lubrication with a mixer.
Use a silicone brush to grease the roll (and the ends too).
All! Place in the refrigerator to soak for 6-9 hours (overnight).
You can decorate the roll to your taste: sprinkle with cocoa, cinnamon, powdered milk, or all at once
I made “liquid chocolate”: 2 tsp. warm milk 0% fat, 1 tbsp. with a heap of skim milk powder, 0.5 tsp. cocoa.
