2. Remove the skin from potatoes, onions and garlic. Remove seeds from bell peppers. Rinse all vegetables and herbs well with running water.

9. We carefully remove the dish and remove all the foil. If a lot of juice has formed, then it is advisable to put the casserole in the oven for a while. Usually 30 minutes is enough.

The finished dish will adhere perfectly to the cheese roof. Now you can put it on plates and serve it to the table.

Hearty and tasty option with pasta and minced meat

And how can we ignore such a simple recipe with meat and pasta? Perhaps the most popular among all casseroles. And it's easiest to cook

It is very good to serve in portions to the table. The dish does not fall apart, but is cut into very even pieces.

Required ingredients:

  • Minced pork and beef - 500 grams;
  • Pasta - 500 grams;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Carrots - 1 piece;
  • Chicken egg - 5 pieces;
  • Milk - 250 ml;
  • Tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation:

The most convenient pasta for this dish is long. They look beautiful and elegant when cutting the dish. This type of pasta is similar to spaghetti, only the tubes are hollow inside. But you can take any others, even spirals or feathers.

1. The main thing is to boil the pasta until half-cooked. Cook them in brackish water with vegetable oil.

Vegetable oil will keep the pasta from sticking to each other.

2. Place the slightly cooked pasta in a colander to cool and drain excess water.

3.Make the filling. To do this, pour the minced meat into a large container. Grate the peeled carrots and place them in a bowl with the meat. Finely chop the onion there.

4.Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of tomato paste. Season with salt and your favorite spices. Stir vigorously until all the ingredients combine into a mass.

5. Place the cooled pasta on the bottom of a wide refractory pan. Long spaghetti lines the bottom well without gaps.

6. Place a mixture of minced meat and vegetables on top. Use a spoon to level the pasta.

7. We again have the remaining pasta on top as the third layer.

8.Prepare the fill. Break all five eggs into a deep bowl. Add a little salt and spices if you like. Pour in the milk and whisk with a whisk.

Instead of milk, you can use light cream.

9. Pour the resulting mixture into the future casserole. Three hard cheeses over a dish and place in a preheated oven.

10.Bake for about an hour at 180-200 degrees Celsius.

11.Take the yummy food out of the stove. Let it cool a little and cut each into a plate.

What a beauty it turned out to be! Lovely to watch!

This recipe can be complicated and fry the minced meat with vegetables. Or just fry the vegetables and then mix with the meat. But it will turn out not only tastier, but also higher in calories due to the added vegetable oil.

Therefore, cook as you like. Bon appetit!

Delicate zucchini casserole

What I like here is that the dish is low in calories compared to other options. The dietary effect is achieved by replacing potatoes or pasta with.

We take any meat. I took minced pork. But, in order to further achieve low-calorie content from the dish, we use turkey or rabbit meat. This meat is absolutely not fatty; It is also recommended for baby food.

Required ingredients:

  • Minced pork - 400 grams;
  • Zucchini - 800 grams;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Tomatoes -5 pieces;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • Sour cream - 150 ml;
  • Egg - 3 pieces;
  • Vegetable oil - a couple of tbsp. spoon;
  • Salt, herbs and spices - to taste.

Preparation:

1. Fry the meat with onions in a frying pan, as in the first version of the casserole above in the article. The only difference is that first fry the onion in vegetable oil, and then add the pork.

Do not salt the meat in advance. It can produce juice that is absolutely not needed in the recipe.

2.Simmer and fry for 10 minutes until the meat is brown. Add salt and pepper.

3.Cut the zucchini into cubes or slices. If your vegetable is young, then it is not necessary to remove the skin. She's so tender. And we peel off the rough skin of an old experienced zucchini.

4. Add a little salt to the chopped zucchini. Chop the garlic cloves. Chop the greens and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.

5.In a separate bowl, mix chicken eggs with sour cream using a whisk. Throw in chopped greens. Use the whisk a few more times to get a homogeneous mass.

6. Place half of the zucchini in an even layer into the prepared and greased pan. Sprinkle them with a little grated cheese. Next, use a spatula to place the minced meat from the pan.

7.Sprinkle garlic and a little cheese on top of the meat layer. Transfer the second half of the zucchini to the pan in an even layer.

8. Place tomatoes on the zucchini. Fill everything with an awesome egg-sour cream filling. At the finish, sprinkle generously with grated cheese.

9. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes to cook.

Wow! Well, it turned out delicious! Right out of the heat, while the cheese is stretching, we lay out the amazing dish on plates. Let's grab both cheeks.

That's all I have for today! I like it when people leave reviews and comments) Any response is better than silence!

Thank you for your attention and wish you bon appetit!
