Add one more ingredient - vegetable oil. Mix. You also need to beat it all up a bit. Add nuts to the resulting dough (no need to chop them).
  3. Carefully pour the sweet kefir-egg mixture into a silicone or metal mold, the bottom of which has been previously coated with oil. Sprinkle chocolate streusel on top.
  4. Place the form and contents in a hot oven. At 180-200 °C, the cake with vegetable oil and kefir will be baked for at least 40-45 minutes. During this period of time it will increase in volume by 1.5-2 times. Your family or guests will love such a lush and aromatic dessert.
