Project for protection about cats with a presentation. Presentation of a research project on the theme "these amazing cats". Kuchik Sofia "3b" class

Elena Oblova

Dear Colleagues! Earlier, I brought to your attention the passport of the project "My beloved cat". Today I want to introduce you to his presentation, which my child and I made at a district seminar.

Project presentation progress:

Educator: Dear colleagues, I present to your attention a project prepared for the festival of projects in kindergarten on the theme "My favorite ...", and each child chose his favorite. During his preparation, I acted both as an educator and as a parent. My daughter and I settled on the topic “My beloved cat”.

Unfortunately, not all families have pets, there are no conditions for fostering love for animals, communicating with them, but we should not forget that a pet in a family is a powerful educational factor. A child learns to take care of, take care of an animal, he develops moral-volitional and labor qualities.

The aim of the project is to replenish, deepen the knowledge of the child about the pet, foster a caring attitude towards animals.

While working on this topic, we studied Internet resources, read books about cats, watched them.

I suggest you watch the presentation that my daughter made.

Slide #1

Child: My project is called "My favorite cat".

Slide #2

I like animals a lot. I have two cats at home - Motka and Ksyusha; Hell's dog and two snails. But most of all I love cats. And I decided to learn more about them.

Slide #3

It turns out that they are fluffy, smooth-haired, curly and even bald.

Slide #4

I have learned many cat breeds. For example, the Persian cat. Cats of this breed are fluffy and their nose is depressed. The nature of these cats is kind.

I also recognized the Siamese cat breed. These cats are light, and the muzzle and paws are dark. These are very smart cats, jealous and very fond of their owner.

Slide #5

Russian blue cat. She was named so because her coat is blue.

The Sphynx is a hairless cat breed. They, like people, like to sleep under the covers, because they freeze.

Slide #6

There are also breeds of cats that look like dogs. This is a dachshund cat and a cat poodle. A cat poodle is as curly as a poodle.

Slide number 7

Domestic cats have wild relatives. They are larger than domestic cats, and the largest of them is the striped tiger. Unlike domestic cats, he loves to swim.

The next relative of cats is the lion. He lives in Africa. He is called the "king of beasts", probably because he has a luxurious and rich mane.

Leopard is a spotted cat.

The lynx is not a very large predator, but it is easy to recognize by the tassels on the ears.

Slide #8

AT Ancient Egypt The cat was considered a sacred animal. She was given way on the streets, rescued first in a fire, raised special fish without scales. And for the murder of cats, the criminal was executed.

Once the Egyptians even lost the war only because the enemies took cats instead of shields and they could not shoot at them.

Slide #9

Have you ever been licked by a cat? If so, then you know that the cat's tongue is not simple, but rough. And it is rough, because there are hooks on the cat's tongue.

Slide #10

Hooks are needed by the cat in order not to injure the tongue, because the cat is a predator. The cat also has a tongue for washing and combing. With the help of hooks, the cat combs out its fallen hairs.

Slide #11

Why is the cat washing? Not only to be clean, but also to calm down. You have probably noticed that after stress, cats always lick themselves.

Slide #12

This wonderful cat lives in my house. This is Motka the cat. We called her that because she is multi-colored like a nesting doll, or Motka for short. Motka is a smart cat, she can drink straight from the tap.

Slide #13

Motka's favorite place is the window. Hank likes to sit there, look at the street, watch everything. She also loves to sleep there.

Slide #14

But she sleeps not only on the window, she sleeps everywhere.

Slide #15

Kittens were born in spring. We donated two, and one cat stayed with us to live.

Slide #16

This is Ksenia the cat. She also likes to sleep on the windowsill. Sometimes mom's flowers fall, but the cats don't care.

Slide #17

Ksenia the cat has become a real alarm clock and wakes me up at Kindergarten in the morning.

Slide #18

My cats love to play. I am with them too. Only sometimes they scratch me, but I'm not offended.

Slide #19

cat planet

There is a Cat Planet somewhere.

There cats live like people:

Reading newspapers in bed

And they drink coffee with cream.

They have apartments and cottages,

Cars and other comforts

They love to fish

And they take the children to the resort.

Fly to overseas countries

Find diamonds with a fist

Planting tulips in the flower beds

They even breed dogs.

Luxurious life on the planet

Cats, cats and kittens!

But these strange inhabitants

They are sad about something all the time.

How many good toys

How many records and books!

Here there are no only cats at cats.

Oh, how sad they are without them!

Educator:

The product of our joint activity is such a thematic folder. All information on this topic is collected here. It was made together with the child and contains a lot of pockets, envelopes, clamshell books ... There is an encyclopedia of cats, material about the benefits of cats, in the form of a notebook, information about the lifestyle of a cat in the form of a clamshell book, signs associated with cats. There is a task for the development of speech - tell me, phased drawing of a cat, a game find traces and much more. The creation of such a folder helped to consolidate the acquired knowledge and later help to restore them.

CAT IN THE HOUSE. Before you get a cat, you should think about everything carefully. If you have made a fundamental decision, it remains to decide what breed and color it will be. INTERESTING. It is believed that cats have a positive effect on the overall development of the child. Children play with them, caress them and thus learn to take care of others.

A cat is a mammal of the cat family of the carnivora order. It is one of the most popular pets.

The domestication of the cat took place approximately 9,500 years ago in the Middle East, where the earliest human civilizations originated.

With the beginning of agriculture, people had surpluses of food, and it became necessary to preserve them and protect them from rodents.

There are about 600 million domestic cats in the world, 256 breeds have been bred, from long-haired (Persian cat) to hairless (Sphinxes).

The hearing of cats is so well developed that even with their eyes closed they hear the rustle and squeak of mice running past. Cats can also perceive ultrasonic signals.

Tactile functions in cats are performed by special tactile hairs: above the upper lip, above the eyes, under the chin, these are vibrissae (whiskers).

Vibrissae also show the mood of the animal: the whiskers pointing forward - curiosity and alertness, and in aggression the cat presses the whiskers to the muzzle.

Cats have a highly developed sense of smell. The surface of the olfactory epithelium is 5.8 sq. see, which is twice that of a human.

Cats are well versed in tastes, they distinguish between sour, salty, bitter and sweet.

Cats have a well-developed vestibular apparatus located in the inner ear. Cats can move fearlessly over ridges, fences, and trees.

When falling, they can reflexively take the position in the air that is needed when landing on their paws, a “parachute effect” is created.

The pupil of the cat's eye can change shape, and glows green in the dark. Cats have excellent vision at dusk.

Cats love cleanliness and therefore, constantly "wash". Cleanliness is instinctive in all felines: cleanliness of the body is essential when hunting.

AT folk tales often the main characters were cats. They were portrayed as hardworking and intelligent.

Do not believe the saying "they live like a cat and a dog." In fact, cats can also be friends.

Even living next to a man, cats remain freedom-loving and independent. They can get their own food, find a home and live alone.

The cat is not at home - the expanse of mice. The cat sleeps and sees the mice. The cat is on the stove, the dog is on the porch. The cat on mice is brave.

Thank you for your attention!

Siamese SIAMESE CAT, a breed of short-haired domestic cats, was named after the old name of Thailand. It is assumed that her ancestor was a local Bengal cat. There are many varieties of Siamese cats that differ in color. They were valued very dearly and lived only in the palaces of the rulers. In the second half of the 19th century, the ruler of Siam sent several dozen Siamese cats to Europe as a gift to high-ranking persons. In 1884 the English consul from Bangkok brought this animal to London.

slide 4

European Shorthair EUROPEAN SHORThaired CAT, a breed of shorthaired domestic cats. Bred in England as a result of selection work on an ordinary European cat. In 1982 the first European Shorthair standard was created. In 1997, in Germany, where a lot of selection work was also carried out, there was an attempt to separate local cats into a “Celtic” breed, but the name did not take root.

slide 5

Turkish Angora ANGORA CAT (Turkish Angora), a breed of semi-long-haired domestic cats; formed in Asia Minor. It may have come from the crossing of domestic local and Caucasian wild (forest) cats. It got its name from the city of Angora (now Ankara).

slide 6

Abyssinian Abyssinian CAT, a breed of short-haired domestic cats. Its ancestor is considered to be a wild African cat that lived on the territory of Abyssinia (now Ethiopia). In the 1860s, a British military expedition brought this cat from Ethiopia to Great Britain, where breeding work with her continued. Currently, the breed includes eight varieties, depending on the color of the coat.

Slide 7

Burmese BURMAN CAT, a breed of semi-long-haired domestic cats. It came from crossing Siamese and Persian cats and has the coat of the "Persians" and the terminal color of the "Siamese". They were first presented at an exhibition in the USA in 1869. It is considered the largest cat (weight reached 15 kg), but usually its size corresponds to the size of the Persian. The standard was adopted in 1983.

slide 10

Color-point COLOR-POINT, (also long-haired color-point; in the USA and some other countries known as the Himalayan-Persian cat), a breed of long-haired cats; bred in the 1950s in the United States by crossing Siamese cats with Persian cats. Sometimes color-points are not recognized as a separate breed, but are considered a variety of the Persian cat.
