Rasstegai is the hallmark of Russian cuisine. In Rus' they were cooked with meat and rice, fish, and mushrooms. Essentially these are pies, only “unbuttoned”.

Today we are preparing pies with chicken and vegetables.

To prepare them, we will prepare the products according to the list.

First, let's prepare the dough. Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add warm milk, sunflower oil and egg.
