Theme 2 creation of the world visible and invisible. The Law of God in the Parish School: The Creation of the Invisible World. Angels

Even before the creation of the entire visible world and man, God created the invisible, spiritual world. In the beginning God created the sky(Gen 1, 1). Under the sky here the holy fathers understand the heavenly world, the heavenly world, close to God and inhabited by incorporeal spirits - Angels. The spiritual world is closed to our bodily eyes. We live in a limited three-dimensional space, and the non-material world, one might say, is in some other dimension, this world is partially revealed to the holy ascetics who, in their lives, have come closer to God.

Holy Bible speaks of the purpose of the holy angels: Are not all ministering spirits sent to minister to those who have to inherit salvation?(Heb 1:14). The purpose of the Angels is to serve God and help people in matters of salvation. Hieromartyr Seraphim (Zvezdinsky) writes about the abilities and properties of Angels: “As incorporeal spirits, Angels know neither our space nor time; our modes of transportation, involving many efforts and difficulties, are unknown to them. Angels are fleeting, fast-moving: An angel is now in one place, in the twinkling of an eye - in another; there are no walls, no doors, no locks for the Angels. “They,” Gregory the Theologian teaches, “walk freely around the Great Throne, because they are fast-moving minds, flames, and Divine spirits that quickly travel through the air.” And they pass through a closed door, and see through the walls, and no fortress, the most solid, high and impregnable, is able to restrain their flight. Angels fly uncontrollably and freely on their fleeting wings: before the noise of their spirit (see: Dan 14, 36), all space disappears like smoke.

In spiritual literature Archangel and Angel are used in two senses - private and general.

First, in biblical texts, angels are ministering spirits, God's messengers to people. Word angel translated from Greek - messenger. This word refers to all Heavenly disembodied Forces. Hence the expression - the whole angel world . AT Greek word archi means Start. Thus, the Archangels are the supreme Angels, the chiefs of all Angels (see: Jude, ch. 9; 1 Thessalonians 4, 16). According to the teachings of the Church, there are eight Archangels: Michael the Archangel (this name means who is like God), Gabriel ( the power of God), Raphael ( God's help), Uriel ( God is my light), Selaphiel ( prayer to god), Jeremiah ( the height of God). Jehudiel is also reckoned among the Archangels ( praise God) and Barahiel ( God's blessing).

Secondly, the words Angel and Archangel are used in his creation "Heavenly Hierarchy" by the Hieromartyr Dionysius the Areopagite, but in a different meaning - when he speaks of nine ranks. According to St. Dionysius, the heavenly hierarchy has three degrees, and in each degree there are three ranks:

- Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones;

- Dominions, Forces and Powers;

- Beginnings, Archangels and Angels.

The archangels, who make up the eighth rank, are senior in relation to the ninth rank - the Angels.

Some spiritual experiences convince us that two Angels accompany a person during life, one of them is the Guardian Angel. Both Angels appear at the moment of death. Student Reverend Macarius Alexandria (died in 395) tells: “When we were walking through the desert, I saw two angels who accompanied Saint Macarius, one on the right side, the other on the left.” In the life of St. Basil the New, a saint of the 10th century, St. Theodora's experience of going through air ordeals is described. She said: “When I was completely exhausted, I saw two Angels of God coming up to me in the form of beautiful youths; their faces were bright, their eyes looked with love, the hair on their heads was white as snow and shone like gold; the clothes were like the light of lightning, and on the chest they were cross-girded with golden belts. AT late XIX century in Russia there was an experience of many hours of stay of the soul outside the body. K. Ikskul, the author of the book “Unbelievable for many, but a true incident” (Trinity sheet No. 58. Sergiev Posad, 1910), also speaks of two Angels: “So, what happened to me next? The doctors left the ward, both paramedics stood and talked about the ups and downs of my illness and death, and the old nanny (nurse), turning to the icon, crossed herself and loudly expressed her usual wish to me in such cases:

- Well, the Kingdom of Heaven to him, eternal rest ...

And as soon as she uttered these words, two angels appeared beside me; in one of them, for some reason, I recognized my Guardian Angel, and the other was unknown to me.

I. The teacher addresses the children sitting in the group room:

- Guys! Look at the objects around you, choose any and say what material, by whom and with what tools it was made.

Yes, you guys have answered my questions. Well done! Yes, a person can do many things. To do this, he needs material (what to do) and tools (what to do).

II. Now name something that is also in our group, but not made of material, something that INVISIBLE.

(Teacher turns on classical music for clues.)

Children: - sounds.

What else is in our room? invisibly?

Children: - air, heat ...

Can you see feelings? Like love?

Children: - No.

- Yes, love, like all feelings, invisible. But we know for sure that it exists, you and we feel how mom loves us. Here, listen, a poem "Love" and think - "What is love?"

"Love".

What is love?

Who knows how to love?

This is a sweet, kind mother

She consoles

And pity you

Even if you are stubborn.

And love gives her

And all of us only God -

The one who loves the most in the world

And you always remember

That love is God

And we are all only children for Him.

But is it only humans who feel love? Can animals, but also plants respond to good feelings. Listen to one story about it.

In the past, there lived with a king an old gardener who loved all the flowers and plants in the royal park. He not only watered them, cut dry branches, loosened the ground, weeded weeds, but talked with every flower, felt sorry for him. And the flowers, responding to his love, delighted everyone with their extraordinary beauty, wonderful aroma, and bright colors. Years passed, the gardener died, and another, young and learned, took his place. He also watered flowers, cut dry branches, loosened the ground, but he did not talk to each flower and did not feel sorry for him. And beautiful flowers still grew in the royal park, but now their beauty touched no one.

- Tell me, guys, why did the extraordinary beauty of flowers disappear?

– Yes, it turns out that all life on earth feels love for them and responds to it. And remember, we talked with you that a person is distinguished from plants and animals by an immortal ...

Children: - soul.

Yes, man is like God with his immortal soul. And if for a lifetime a person "nourishes" soul with love for God and loved ones, light and joy, then after death his soul will be where love, light and joy are, that is, with God. Life in love is a great joy. And God was pleased that other beings also received this joy. For this He created the world. God First created angels. They were created good, to serve God and voluntarily fulfill His holy will out of love and joy…. (presentation - movie:6 min)

II. Heavenly world. Angels.

- Guys, except for the visible the world around us, God created the world INVISIBLE. They live in it ANGELS, servants of God.

Why were they named that? (ANGELS)

- Word « Angel» means "herald". Angels bring people a message - a message that God commands a person.

First and all Angels were holy spirits but they are not all the same. They have older Angels- bosses and eat just Angels. Elder Angels are called Archangels, Cherubim and Seraphim. One of the elders Angels did not want to obey God, became proud and became angry an angel.

Who is called a saint?

What were they all like in the beginning? Angels?

Is that all Angels are equal?

What are the elders called? Angels?

What did one of angels?

What has he become?

First evil an angel is called a devil. The devil confused with him many other good Angels; they did not obey God and became also evil. These evil angels are called unclean spirits.

What is the name of the first evil angel?

Who is the devil?

What did the devil do to others angels?

What others have become angels?

Why did they become evil?

What are their names?

PRAYER TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL

– In addition to relatives and friends, every Christian has INVISIBLE ASSISTANT - kind GUARDIAN ANGEL given by God at Baptism.

Angel The guardian helps to do good deeds and protects from evil. He is always with the person. But by doing badly, a person pushes away his Angela and offends him.

You should always remember your Guardian Angel. Christians turn to him with prayer:

"Saint Angel of God My Guardian, pray to God for me!”

Guys! Hear what wonderful verses the Christians composed about Angele:

« Angel»

You have ANGEL OF GOD

Bright, loyal, best friend.

He will always come to the rescue

If something suddenly happens

Angel next to you

And keeps invisibly,

And when you're disobedient

He is upset and sad.

From stubborn and liar

An angel can go,

And you have such a friend

Not to be found in the whole world.

- Guys! Did you like the verses?

(Children's answers : - Yes very.)

Why is man given Guardian angel?

(children's answers)

- What is he: good or evil?

(Children's answers : - kind).

– What is he doing?

(Children's answers : - protects, suffers, cries).

- That's right, guys! An angel guards us, protects from evil and saves in difficult times.

- Correctly! Guys! Let's make a gift for our loved ones and friends - an application "Six-winged Seraphim and other heavenly angels» . Then let's put them in the sky (drawn)

Children! And who knows who the Seraphim are?

(remember the presentation and answer)

Correctly…

IV. Seraphim are Heavenly Powers, incorporeal, God-loving, fiery, coming closest to God.

- Children! Have any of you seen image of Seraphim in the Temple, in books? If you haven't seen it yet, then carefully consider the illustration that I will show you. You see they are Six-winged Seraphim. In the book of the prophet Isaiah written: “Seraphim stood around the Lord, each of them had six wings With two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And they called to each other and spoke: Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of Hosts! The whole earth is full of His glory!” (Isaiah 6:1-2).

Making crafts

- Today on our lesson we will not only draw, but also make an application. Look, you have a few paper ones on your tables. forms: white oval, golden halo and three pairs of wings. These details are necessary for the application, depicting Seraphim and for depicting other angels. We have a heaven in which we will place our seraphim and angels

When children draw and make an application, the teacher introduces background music

(Children draw to the music).

The teacher walks through the rows, praises each child, looks, corrects

We will fold from paper parts image of Seraphim and angels. Children lay out paper forms, make wings in pairs. Then a halo is glued on. With a pencil, a sketch of the face is made on an oval shape, outlined with a felt-tip pen, glued on, hair and ribbons are finished. Then the wings are glued on, using napkins to soak the application. The upper and lower pairs of wings are glued, crossing them. If possible, the wings are made of golden paper, but it is also possible from yellow, golden paper should be different in color from the golden halo paper.

Music and background accompaniment sounds when children make a drawing-application of Six-winged Seraphim

When the work is completed, the teacher praises everyone.

- Guys! You are so wonderful portrayed in their works Seraphim and angels. And now we will place the Seraphim in the sky and angels How beautiful it turned out, we will please the parents. Let them see how great you are!

After the game, the children listen to the song « Angel» (words in book 4, p. 74, in which Angel Praises God. After the song, the teacher sums up lessons.

VII. Outcome lessons

- Guys! We must always thank God for everything! Don't forget to do it. And I also wanted you ask: Did you like it occupation? What new and interesting things did you learn today?

(children's answers).

Before leaving kindergarten children show their parents an exhibition. They rejoice in their success. Everyone goes home in a good mood.

Lesson 2. Topic: Creation of the invisible world. Part one. Angels.

Prayer.

Good evening everyone! Hello guys! Let's pray before the start of our lesson. What prayer do you already know? Let's remember: God created this world with His word... Therefore, we will say today: Lord, bless! And also we will sing and say other short prayers so that it would not be difficult and interesting for us to study.

  1. Organizing time. I thank the children for their work in the last lesson, for their attention, patience and beautiful drawings. I remind you of the basic rules of conduct. I propose to consolidate our acquaintance, namely, to stand up and introduce ourselves once again. (Introducing myself again)
  2. Repetition of the past.

Last time we talked with you about our world, the world in which we live. Let's remember what our world consists of, let's call what we see in this world ... (sky, sun, moon, stars, clouds, the earth on which we live, the air we breathe - and everything on earth: grass, trees, mountains, rivers, seas, fish, birds, animals, animals, and finally, people ... S. Sloboskoy)

How could such a wonderful, diverse, rich and incomprehensible world appear by itself? From time immemorial (since ancient times, since ancient times) people passed on to their children a very important mysterious message (information, knowledge) - this world was created (created, made) by the good and incomprehensible Lord God. For this world, and especially for man, for you and me, he is the Father!

  1. Creation of the invisible world.

Today we learn another great secret, something that cannot be seen and known, something that is invisible to our eye, and not only to the eye, but also to all sorts of complex devices and machines ... In addition to our visible world, there is also an invisible world, a spiritual world, an angelic world ... (and not only, unfortunately, angelic…)

If God is Light, then angels are reflections, rays of this Light...

Let's see how the Lord God created the angels. Maybe not everything will be clear to you. And then after watching - ask questions. But watch carefully, because after the movie, I will also ask you questions, and we will see if you watched carefully ... if you missed anything ...

We are watching the film "The Creation of the Sky - the Invisible World" - we start from 1.24 minutes, in total - 7.10 minutes.

/// "The Creation of the Sky - the Invisible World" is a film about angels, a bit complicated (according to the book by S. Slobodsky)... Watch from 1.24 minutes (with the words: "God is love"). Video conversion withFreemake video converter, cutting out some of the most difficult episodes (Dionysius the Areopagite, mention of death, etc.)

Questions about the film (without any rigor, more in order to find out the basic truths of the doctrine of angels, if possible avoid the sharpest and most difficult moments):

  1. Why did God create the visible and invisible world? - God is love
  2. What did God create first, angels or our earthly world?
  3. How did God create angels? Good, but still free. A good God always makes everything good, good, good.
  4. Are all angels equal? What are the elder angels called? - Archangels.
  5. And how did the dark, evil spirit, the devil, appear? How did evil come about? What is called evil? - The strongest angel began to be proud of himself and think, at first, that he is the best, and then - better than God ...
  6. Who spoke out against evil, what was the name of this angel?
  7. How do you think, how can you draw a good angel, but how evil? What were the angels who fell away from God?
  8. What were the good angels who stayed with God like? – They remained bright and became saints because they never sin?
  9. What does the word "angel" mean? - Herald, messenger.
  10. Why do invisible angels become like humans? – Because God sends them to people to help them, give good advice, proclaim to them His good will and protect them from evil.

Angels do not actually have wings, but they are drawn with wings because they soon (quickly) do what God tells them (says). Birds fly many times faster than people walk, so Angels do what God tells them to do much faster than people. And, of course, no earthly obstacles can prevent them from fulfilling the will of God, neither mountains, nor trees, nor seas, nor oceans, nor long distances, nor severe cold or heat ... Therefore, Angels are painted with wings.

  1. About the guardian angel. You heard that each of us has a special friend, invisible, whom God sends to protect, to protect each of us personally. This is the angel friend that God gave us at the time of baptism. What is the name of such an angel? – An angel that protects or keeps a person is called a guardian angel. So, each person has his own Guardian Angel.

We do not see a good Angel near us, but he sees each of us and invisibly protects. Only he can’t do anything if we do bad deeds, don’t listen to our parents, offend relatives and friends, speak bad words ...

How good people do not make friends with bad ones: with thieves, with drunkards or drug addicts, but love to hang out with good people so the Guardian Angel rejoices when a person does good deeds and tries to help such a person even more. If a person sins, does bad deeds, then the Guardian Angel is upset and leaves the person. This means that when we sin, we drive away the Guardian Angel from ourselves and we ourselves are left without his protection. But the guardian angel is not angry with us, and if we remember him, he will come to us again, again he will pray to God for us. We can remember the Guardian Angel with prayer.

  1. Prayer to the guardian angel.

Prayer to the Guardian Angel is read like this. Everyone stand up and listen carefully:

I read the text of a short prayer to the guardian angel: (I adapt the prayer)

Angel of God, my holy guardian,

Given to me from God from heaven!

(Diligently) I beg you: you enlighten me today,

And save from all evil, and(ko) good cause(deed) teach(instruct)

And guide me to the path of salvation. Amen.

I explain the prayer: its parts (appeal-greeting, petitions). “From this prayer, several short prayers can be made:

Angel of God, my guardian, save me from all evil.

Angel of God, my guardian, help and save me.

Angel of God, my guardian, teach me a good deed.

And one more, albeit brief, but very “strong” prayer: Angel of God, my guardian, pray to God for me (sinner)!

  1. I propose to see how the angels are portrayed and listen to how the angels sing(“Glory to God in the highest ...”) For this, we are watching an episode from the “Cartoon about the Nativity of Christ from the series Orthodox stories for children” — from 3 min. 55 sec. – up to 5 min.

Also: " You, of course, in the church saw painted people with wings on the icons - these are painted Angels. Where are angels painted here in our church?” We find icons of angels in the church, note how they are drawn, wings, halos, light colors, and so on.

  1. We draw an angel.

I suggest watching a video on how to draw an angel. Some older children can be invited to draw an angel from the iconostasis. Video film: “Drawing with children 3-4 years old. How to draw an angel»

  1. Prayer.

Prayer after teaching: We thank Thee, the Creator, as if Thou hast vouchsafed us Thy grace, in a hedgehog heed to teaching. Bless our bosses, parents and teachers who lead us to the knowledge of the good, and give us strength and strength to continue this teaching.

Thank you guys for your attention and patience. Next time we will talk about the "angelic" part of ourselves, about the invisible world in ourselves, about our soul...

OLD TESTAMENT. WORLD CREATION

Before the visible world and man, God created the invisible, spiritual world - Angels. Angels differ among themselves in the degree of perfection and in the nature of their ministry and are divided into three degrees: Higher, Middle and Lower. One, the highest and most powerful Angel named Dennitsa, was proud of his power and strength, did not want to love God and do His will, but wanted to become like God himself. This evil spirit seduced and dragged along many other angels, who also became evil spirits and have been called demons ever since. One of the highest Angels of God, the Archangel Michael, and all the Angels faithful to God, came out against Satan, and a war broke out in heaven. The evil force could not stand against the Angels of God, and Satan, together with the demons, fell down - into the underworld, into hell. By your impenitence fallen angels so entrenched in evil that they can no longer be good. By deceit and cunning, they try to seduce every person, inspiring him with false thoughts and evil desires in order to destroy him. At baptism, God gives every Christian a Guardian Angel who invisibly guards a person with all his earthly life does not leave his soul even after death.

Visible world

After creating the invisible world, God created the visible world: everything that we can see and feel: earth and water, air and sky with the sun, moon and stars, plants and everything living on earth and in water.

The visible world was not created all at once, but gradually - in the six days of creation, and was created in the same way as the angels - by one word of God out of nothing. God commanded the earth to be, and it appeared. Then there was no light on her, and darkness, or darkness, surrounded her.

Note that these days of creation were not ordinary days in our understanding of the word, one day God can have a thousand or several thousand years.

First day creation, God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. And God separated the light from the darkness and called the light day and the darkness night.

On the second day God created the sky or firmament that we see, but there were no stars in it yet.

On the third day He commanded the water to separate from the dry land and called the dry land land and all the waters seas. And he commanded the earth that all kinds of plants, grass, shrubs and trees should grow on it.

On the fourth day God created the sun, moon and stars to shine.

In the fifth- reptiles, fish and birds.

in the sixth- terrestrial animals.

And the Lord saw that the world he had created was marvelously good and beautiful. But there was no rational being in it, which could understand this beauty, glorify the Creator, enjoy the creations of God and be the master in it. Therefore, the Lord decided on the same, sixth, day to create man in His image and likeness, that is, similar to Himself in spirit.

God created the body of a man from the earth and breathed into it a spirit, or an immortal soul (like the Angels, the human soul belongs to the invisible world) - rational, capable of knowing, loving, desiring goodness and truth. With these qualities and the ability to speak, a person differs from all other living beings on earth. During the sleep of the first man, God took one of his ribs and from this rib created a woman - a friend and helper to man, a wife.

The first man's name was Adam, which means "taken from the earth", the woman's name was Eve.

And the Lord blessed everything that He created, commanding both plants, and fish, and birds, and animals, and people to be fruitful and multiply. He commanded Adam and Eve to own the earth and everything that was on it, to be its master.

On the seventh day God no longer created anything: He rested (rested) from all His works. This day was called Saturday, that is, the day of rest, rest. The Lord blessed and sanctified him.
