  10. Knead the dough with your hands to form a rectangle. Now roll it out with a rolling pin.
  11. Fold the dough into four and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  12. After half an hour, take out the dough and carefully roll it out to its original size.
  13. Fold the dough again, folding it into 4 folds. Place it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  14. Roll out again, fold 4 times and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
