1. Clean the pork ribs from the films. Optionally, if you do not want to eat too fatty food, cut off the fat. Rinse the meat under running water and pat dry with paper towels to prevent splatter during frying.


2. Peel the onion and garlic, wash and cut: onion - a quarter into rings, garlic - into rings.


3. Place the pan on the stove, pour in refined vegetable oil and heat well. When the oil starts to smoke, send the meat to fry. Set the heat to high so that the ribs become golden brown, which will retain all the juice in them.


4. After that put the onion and garlic, reduce the temperature to medium and continue to fry the dish for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

So, for the marinade of pork ribs for one serving, based on 2-3 persons, you will need:

  • 1 onion;
  • 200 grams of ribs;
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper;
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • Red and black pepper;
  • Dry cilantro.

Recipe for pork ribs in soy sauce

Chop the ribs into portioned pieces about 5 centimeters long.

In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade - red pepper, soy sauce, garlic and dry spices. Mix everything.

Add ribs, chopped onion and mix again. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

You need to cook pork ribs in a cauldron over low heat so that they release the juice and have time to soak it.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the cauldron, lay the ribs, put the rest of the marinade on top, cover with a lid and fry over low heat. Stir occasionally, in all the time I stirred them 4 times. Pork ribs are prepared in the marinade for 30-40 minutes.

  • 1 kg pork ribs;
  • 5 st. spoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 teaspoons of tomato paste;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of mustard;
  • 0.5 tsp ground paprika;
  • 0.5 teaspoons of ground black pepper;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon curry spices;
  • salt, rosemary, thyme - to taste.

Start by preparing the marinade. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press or grate it. In a deep bowl, mix paprika, garlic, rosemary, curry, thyme, ground black pepper, soy sauce, salt, mustard, tomato paste. Mix everything until smooth.

Wash the ribs in running water, dry with a paper towel and (fascia) from the inside of the rib layer. Cut into portions along the bones. Pour the marinade over the ribs, mix so that it is evenly distributed over the meat. Then put the ribs together with the marinade into the culinary sleeve for baking and put the dish to marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

After an hour, remove the ribs from the refrigerator, transfer to a baking sheet. Make a few small punctures with a needle in the sleeve to release steam, and send the form to the oven.

Set the temperature to 160 degrees C and bake for 1 hour. For 10 min. before the end of cooking, increase the temperature to 180 gr. - this will give the dish a baked crust.

Serve cooked ribs with any side dish.

We cut the rib tape in such a way that in each piece there is a bone surrounded by meat. After slicing, wash the meat in cold water and be sure to dry each piece with a paper or cloth towel, otherwise the spices and sauce will simply drain from them, the salt will melt, the meat will not marinate as needed.




Grind whole spices in a hand grinder or in a mortar. You can take a different composition of spices, to your taste, but if you decide to make Asian-style ribs, as in the recipe, then you can not do without cumin and coriander.




Season the ribs with ground spices (leave a little for potatoes), black and red pepper. Salt to taste and take into account the salinity of soy sauce.






We mix. We clean the ginger root, a little, somewhere around 2-3 cm. Three on a fine grater, add to the meat with spices.




We mix everything with our hands, carefully rubbing spices, salt and grated ginger into the meat.

Bake the ribs for 40-45 minutes, until tender. If you need to brown, remove the foil in ten minutes and increase the temperature to 200 degrees.
