Classic Chinese rice

To prepare rice with an egg in Chinese style, you will need the following products:

  • 2.5 cups of water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • a small can of canned green peas without marinade
  • three eggs
  • 1 st. a spoonful of soy sauce
  • three onions
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • salt and spices
  • greenery

Rice should be thoroughly washed, pour out excess water and dry a little through a sieve. Then it must be boiled until half cooked, drain the liquid and rinse with cold water so that it does not stick together. Next, the cereal must be cooled for several hours.

Pour the eggs into a separate saucepan and, stirring, keep over low heat until a thick egg mass forms.

Lightly fry the diced onion in a pan, add green peas, boiled semi-cooked rice, soy sauce, salt and spices. Put the eggs last. Next, the dish should be stewed for several minutes until fully cooked.

Rice with egg, ginger and saffron

For the recipe you need to take:

  • 3 eggs
  • half an onion
  • garlic clove
  • a pinch of saffron
  • 5 g fresh ginger
  • vegetable (soybean) oil for frying
  • 85 g dry white wine

In vegetable oil (preferably soy), fry the chopped half of the onion, garlic clove, ginger and saffron. Add chilled boiled rice to the resulting frying and, stirring, continue to fry. In a separate bowl, mix eggs with wine and beat with a fork or whisk. Combine the rice with the egg mixture and stir quickly so that no lumps form. Bring the crumbly rice-egg mass to the readiness of the cereal.

To improve the taste at the end of cooking, you can add a piece of butter.

Chinese rice with vegetables

This recipe will need:

  • package of frozen vegetables
  • 3.5 cups boiled and chilled rice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spoon of soy sauce
  • vegetable or soybean oil for frying

In a frying pan, a mixture of frozen vegetables is fried in heated oil. At this time, the eggs are thoroughly mixed in a separate bowl.   • oil for frying vegetables

First you need to clean and salt the shrimp in advance, chop the green onions, beat the eggs. In a preheated deep frying pan, you need to fry the shrimp for two minutes, then remove them to a plate and let the oil drain. Next, beaten eggs are fried in hot oil for 35 seconds, after which boiled and chilled rice is added to them. The whole mass is quickly mixed and continues to stew.   • half a cup of cashew nuts
  • small bunch of dill

  1. Boil the rice until cooked, drain the water, rinse the grains under running water.

Cooking process:

First you need to prepare the rice, for this you need to sort it out, rinse thoroughly several times until the water is clear. Boil until almost done. I used long parboiled rice (it doesn't go sour and always comes out fluffy). Clean and wash vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes, crush the garlic with the flat side of the knife and finely chop.


Cut the carrots into small cubes too.


Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and beat well with a fork. In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, pour eggs. Cook over high heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring with a spatula. You should only get a slightly golden crumb.


If you get large pieces, then you need to cool slightly, and then put on a cutting board and finely chop with a knife. So, in a well-heated oil, put onion and garlic at the same time, fry until a wonderful aroma of fried garlic spreads throughout the kitchen (1-2 minutes), add carrots and fry for a couple more minutes, pepper, lightly salt and put the boiled rice, mix, leave for 1 minute.


Pour in a little soy sauce and fry the rice for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the remaining moisture has evaporated.


Salt again if necessary. The fried rice side dish is very good on its own, but in our family it is most often served with spicy chicken wings and some kind of vegetable salad.
