The first serious quarrel happened before the birth of their son Vasya. Offended, Ksenia went to her parents and lived with them for six months. Then she realized that if she wants to stand firmly on her feet, she must become independent. With the help of friends, she took a soft loan and opened a cafe in Lyalin Lane.

After the divorce, the TV presenter filed a lawsuit to determine the order of communication with his son. The court determined that the father could see the child on Saturdays from 9 am to 9 pm. But Ksenia allowed him to communicate with her son not only on Saturdays, but at any time. The ex-husband did not give a penny to his son. As soon as we officially divorced, my cafe, the only source of my income, was suddenly attacked by checks from the SES, tax, fire inspections. I objected: “You choose: either a child or personal life,” says Ksenia. Andrew refused. Then I said that Vasya would go abroad with his grandmother, and asked for permission to take his son abroad. Having clarified the procedure for taking children abroad, Ksenia found out that only her consent was enough. And I didn’t want to take revenge, I hoped that Andrei would calm down, ”says Ksenia.
Insidious kidnapping
Two weeks ago, Vasya, as usual, walked with the nanny at the house on Lisa Chaikina Street, where he lives with his mother and little brother. Two foreign cars drove up to the house. In one of them sat Karaulov, in the other - the guards. The bodyguards jumped out of the car and pushed the nanny away, while Karaulov grabbed his son and took him away. The unfortunate mother wrote a statement to the police, the prosecutor's office, turned to the bailiffs and the chief commissioner for children's rights for help. Nobody kicks her off, but the prosecutor's office does not start a criminal case, the bailiffs are in no hurry to ensure the implementation of the court decision and return the child to the mother.
Bitterly, but life shows that Karaulov is right, saying that he does not care. He continues to teach everyone on the screen and talk about law-abiding. In the meantime, without a twinge of conscience, he violates the decision of the court. With authority and connections, he crushed everyone. Officials are afraid to contact him. He kidnapped the child, and although the law is on my side, I seem to run into a blank wall and cannot return my son, Ksenia despairs.
Unable to stand it, she burst into tears in the prosecutor's office and asked what she should do. The authorities replied: “Have you watched the film “Voroshilovsky shooter”?” But she should not take a rifle in her hands, following the example of the hero Mikhail Ulyanov. She still does not want to think that lynching is the only way out of this terrible situation. He believes that there is a government for the almighty TV star.

Four-year-old Vasya was taken away by his powerful father Andrey Karaulov from his mother 40 kilometers from Moscow, to the village of Novoglagolevo, Naro-Fominsk district. Here, the TV journalist has a fiefdom - three hectares of land, surrounded by a three-meter fence, and a luxurious house of 500 square meters. It is impossible to get into the estate unnoticed - there is a guard post at the gate. The huge space, where 15 farmsteads were once located, and now the host of the “Moment of Truth” barges, is constantly patrolled.
Ksenia did not come alone to look for her son, but accompanied by representatives of guardianship and guardianship authorities.
On the eve of the Savelovsky court of the capital, a regular meeting was held on the suit of Karaulov: he demands permission to see his son four times a week instead of 12 hours on Saturdays, allotted to him by the previous decision. Without waiting for the legal outcome of the case, Andrei Viktorovich stole the child from his ex-wife during a walk with the nanny, but did not appear in court at all. Instead of himself, he sent a lawyer. The lady said that the TV presenter had gone on a business trip abroad. He asked me: “Mommy, I want to go home, take me away from here!” - says Xenia. - The guard Vasya literally tore me off. The son fought in hysterics, cried, sobbed and I. It was a heartbreaking scene, but the guardians had no authority to take the child away, they could only make sure that he was in the father's mansion.
Karaulov did not come out to meet with the authorities. Perhaps he really was absent.
Andrei works a lot and cannot raise his son by himself. Babysitters look after the child. But Vasya is a very sickly boy. He needs special care. The child is made to suffer. And all at the whim of a man who calls himself a loving father! Ksenia cries.
Having ascertained that the TV journalist really stole the son from his ex-wife, the next day the judge ordered that the bailiffs return the child to the mother.
But the bailiffs have not yet been to the ex-husband's house, - says Ksenia. - Karaulov slows down the execution of the referee's decisions. At his request, his high-ranking friends put pressure on the authorities. It turns out that the presenter of the "Moment of Truth" is above the law.
Flames of discord
When the material was being prepared for publication, Ksenia called the editorial office and said that on the night of December 18, her cafe Buloshnaya in Lyalin Lane caught fire. The fire started from the back door. The starting fire was noticed by the residents, among them the singer Lolita Milyavskaya, who lives in the house. Firefighters were called on time and the flames were not allowed to flare up. Now the police department of the Basmanny district of Moscow is investigating.
And on the eve of the arson, representatives of inspection organizations came to the cafe. They made a defiantly absurd complaint, allegedly written by a visitor. It says that a live rat fell right into the plate from the ceiling to the “poor fellow”. The inspectors threatened to close Xenia's enterprise.
Too many coincidences. They want to break me and intimidate me. Perhaps they hope that I will stop fighting for the return of Vasenka. But I will not back down: Vasya must not suffer.
