  1. Mix baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until foamy and the mixture thickens.
  2. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Also pour in vegetable oil and kefir. Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes. At this time, pour boiling water over the raisins, and then dry them, sprinkle with flour and add to the dough.
  3. Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and brush with margarine. Spread the dough over the entire bowl.

To make savory cornmeal muffins you will need:

  • Corn flour - 2.5 cups;
  • Egg - 3 large pieces;
  • Dill - 1 bunch;
  • Green onion - 1 bunch;
  • Soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • Kefir - 1 liter;
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Salt - to taste.

Let's start cooking:

  1. To prepare, take a convenient deep bowl for dough.
  2. Pour all the kefir into the dishes at once. It can be taken with any fat content, it does not matter and does not affect their taste.
  3. Immediately salt the kefir to your taste. I usually put in about 1 heaping tablespoon of salt.
  4. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Beat them a little with a fork, just to mix the protein and yolk. (You can break eggs directly to kefir, but it will be more difficult to combine them with kefir). Add eggs to kefir and stir.
  5. Cut the dill as small as possible and add it to the kefir.
  6. Cut the onion as finely as possible and also add it immediately to the kefir. Mix kefir with herbs.
  7. Melt the butter on the stove in a separate bowl. Pour it into kefir with herbs and mix.
  8. Then add some flour and stir. Add soda again, mix everything so that it disperses. Next, add all the flour and mix the dough.
  9. Take the cupcake liners. Lubricate them with a little vegetable oil. Pour the dough into moulds.
  10. Place cupcakes in molds on a baking sheet.
  11. Place the baking sheet with molds in the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake the muffins until golden brown. Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a wooden toothpick. The baking time is not indicated, because everyone has different sizes of molds and the baking time may vary.
  12. Shake the finished cupcakes out of the molds.

Many people love pasties, but we are used to cooking them with wheat flour, but this can also be done with corn flour. The taste is not worse at all, they are very tasty.

This recipe was given to me by a neighbor, she was taught how to make such pasties at a time when there was a poor harvest of wheat and wheat flour had to be saved.

To make cornmeal pasties you will need:

For test:

  • Corn flour - 1 cup (250 g);
  • Water - 250 ml;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Refined sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon.

For minced meat:

  • Minced meat - 500 g;
  • Onion - 150 g;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste.

For frying:

  • Refined sunflower oil.

Let's start cooking:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough. To do this, prepare deep dishes.
  2. Pour warm water into the bowl, not hot, just warm. Add vegetable oil to the water.
  3. Salt the dough a little to your liking.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal and wheat flour.
  5. Add the dry mixture little by little to the water and oil. Knead the dough. Wrap it in foil or put it in a bag. Send the dough to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Now get on with the stuffing. Take any minced meat that you like. Take a ready-made minced meat or twist it yourself from a piece of meat.
  7. Peel the onion and twist it through a meat grinder. You can grate or just chop very finely. Add the onion to the mince.
  8. Salt and pepper the mince to your liking. Mix it well so that the mass becomes homogeneous.
  9. Now take the dough. Pinch off pieces from it, roll into balls, then roll each ball thinly. Put the filling on the layer, pinch the edges tightly.
  10. Pour oil into the pan and put on the stove, you need a lot of oil. Chebureks should not just be fried, but boiled in oil.
  11. Fry it on both sides until a nice golden brown.

Your pasties are ready!

Salted corn cookies with flax seeds

Very tasty crunchy biscuits. It goes very well with sweet coffee and tea when you want something salty for them. It can also be eaten with hot soup or dipped in sauce. You can also use it for sandwiches or light snacks between meals.

For making salty corn biscuits you will need:

  • Cornmeal - 120 g;
  • Wheat flour - 100 g;
  • Refined vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Milk - 120 ml;
  • unground flax seed - 4 tablespoons;
  • Baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon.

Let's start cooking:

  1. For cooking, take a convenient deep dish.
  2. Warm the milk a little, it should be a little warmer room temperature.
  3. Add salt and sugar to milk, stir to dissolve.
  4. Then add vegetable oil to the milk, mix it with milk a little. You can take any oil, sunflower, olive or corn.
  5. Separately mix together cornmeal, wheat flour and baking powder. Mix them up.
  6. Add half of the dry mixture to the milk and stir.
  7. Then add flax seeds, mix everything again.
  8. Next, add the second half of the dry mixture. Knead the dough well.
  9. Roll out the dough into a layer. The layer should not be thick, a maximum of 0.5 cm.
  10. Then cut the layer into pieces of any shape and size. You can squeeze out molds, those that you have at home.
  11. Take a baking sheet, cover it parchment paper. Place all pieces on a baking sheet.
  12. Put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 °, bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. The cookies should be browned.
  13. Put the finished cookies on a dish.

Corn pie "Proya" with spinach

This pie came to our kitchen from the Balkan Peninsula. The cake is very tasty and nutritious. An excellent dish, when delicious fresh spinach grows in the garden, you can, of course, cook it from frozen spinach, but it turns out much tastier from fresh.

Try to cook it for your family, please them with a delicious and healthy pie.

To make the Proya Pie, you will need:

  • Cornmeal - 500 g;
  • Spinach - 250 g;
  • Cheese or Cheese "Feta" - 300 g;
  • Kefir - 200 ml;
  • Refined sunflower oil - 200 ml;
  • Mineral water with gas - 200 ml;
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon4
  • Egg - 3 pieces;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Ground pepper - to taste.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Cooking must begin with spinach, because it still needs to be prepared.
  2. Spinach must be washed, let the water drain from it. Finely chop the spinach or just chop it.
  3. Take a frying pan and put it on the stove. Put butter in the pan, in the recipe that they gave me it was indicated exactly a tablespoon, I do this with a tablespoon of butter, but for this it must be soft.
  4. Once melted, add spinach to skillet. Salt and pepper it to your liking. Spinach should be blanched for 10 minutes.
  5. Then put the cooked spinach with oil in the bowl in which you will prepare the dough.
  6. Add kefir to it, you can replace it with unsweetened yogurt. Stir.
  7. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the spinach in the same way.
  8. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, beat them with a fork and pour over the spinach.
  9. Add to Spinach mineral water, you need exactly mineral and highly carbonated.
  10. Mix everything.
  11. Mix flour with dough. Add it gradually to the spinach mass. Mix the dough well until smooth.
  12. Now take a baking dish, I take a detachable one with a diameter of 28 cm. Lubricate it with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
  13. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake the cake for 40 minutes. It should turn golden brown. Be sure to check the readiness with a toothpick.
  14. Remove the finished cake from the mold.

Your pie is ready to serve!

Corn biscuit with cheese and tomatoes

This dish is similar to pizza and is very tasty. It is very easy to prepare and it will not be difficult for you to prepare it. It is better to eat it, like pizza, hot, but it is quite tasty cold. To make cornbread you will need:

  • Corn flour - 50 g;
  • Wheat flour - 50 g;
  • Egg - 1 piece;

Let's start cooking:

  2. Break an egg into a bowl, add salt and sugar to it. Mix them well.
  3. Mix corn and wheat flour. Add flour mixture to egg. Mix well.
  4. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film or put it in a bag. Send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Then roll out the dough layer.
  6. Leaving about 2 cm from the edge, rub and smooth the processed cheese into the center.
  7. Wash the tomato, cut it into half rings and place it on top of the melted cheese.
  8. Then rub hard cheese on top.
  9. Next around the circle, pinch the edges of the dough that you left. The center should remain open, the dough should cover only part of the filling.
  10. Put the biscuit on a baking sheet and send it to the oven. The oven must be preheated to 180 °, bake the biscuit for 20 minutes. She should blush.

  • Sugar - 100 g;
  • Kefir - 250 ml;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Refined vegetable oil - 70 g;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Take a dish suitable for preparing the dough.
  2. Heat the kefir a little, it should be slightly warmer than room temperature.
  3. Add sugar and salt to kefir, stir them.
  4. Melt the butter on the stove, it should become liquid.
  5. Add vegetable oil to butter. Mix them together.
  6. Add the oil mixture to the kefir and stir.
  7. Mix cornmeal, wheat flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  8. Gradually add the entire dry mixture to the kefir. Mix everything well.
  9. Take a bread pan, or any other. Lubricate it with a little vegetable oil.
  10. Put all the dough into the mold.
  11. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake the bread until it turns golden. The baking time is not indicated, because as everyone takes their shape and the time is always different.
  12. Once it is ready, shake it out of the mold.

Very tasty cakes that you can easily cook at home. These flatbreads are perfect for any dish, no matter what you cook. They can also be consumed as an independent dish, for example, with a cup of tea or a glass of milk, it is very good to take with you on the road.

For test:

  • Cornmeal - 2 cups (200 ml);
  • Wheat flour - 2 cups (200 ml);
  • Water - 350 ml;
  • Refined sunflower oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • Oregano - to taste;
  • Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons.

For filling:

  • Processed cheese - 500 g;
  • Vegetable oil - for greasing the cake.

Let's start cooking:

  1. For cooking, immediately take a deep dish in which it will be convenient to prepare the dough and in which it can fit.
  2. Heat the water until warm. Pour it into a bowl.
  3. Add dry yeast, sugar and salt to the water, mix everything well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cornmeal, wheat flour and dry oregano. Mix everything.
  5. Add dry mixture to water with yeast. Add the dry mixture gradually, stirring constantly.
  6. Knead the dough. If necessary, knead it on the table.
  7. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
  8. Then divide the dough into 5 pieces.
  9. Roll each part into a round layer.
  10. Lubricate each such layer with vegetable oil, necessarily refined, you can use olive or corn.
  11. Rub 100 grams of processed cheese into the center of each layer.
  12. Then pinch the edges of the tortilla, as when you make belyash.
  13. Then roll out the cake thinner.
  14. Place the cakes on a dry baking sheet.
  15. Prick each tortilla with a fork so it doesn't puff up like a bubble.
  16. Put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake them for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  17. Remove your tortillas from the oven and remove from the pan.

Sausages in corn dough on a skewer

A very unusual dish for a holiday and weekdays. Such sausages are very fond of children, they are cooked directly on a skewer and it is very convenient to eat them without getting your hands dirty.

Corn dough gives the cakes a special taste, it turns out tender and crispy. A very convenient dish for outdoor recreation. We prepare these sausages for children's holidays, such a treat causes incredible delight in children.

To prepare sausages in corn dough, you will need:

  • Corn flour - 100 g;
  • Wheat flour - 100 g;
  • Dried sweet paprika - 1 tablespoon without a slide;
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon without a slide;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Egg - 1 piece large;
  • Milk - 10 tablespoons;
  • Sausages - 700-800 g;
  • Refined sunflower oil - for frying.

Let's start cooking:

  1. To prepare the dough, you will need a deep bowl in which it will be convenient for you not only to prepare the dough, but also to dip the sausages.
  2. First, pour 8 tablespoons of milk into the dishes.
  3. Add egg to milk. It should be large, if yours are small, then put 2 eggs. Mix eggs with milk.
  4. Add sugar, salt and paprika. Mix everything again.
  5. Separately, in another bowl, combine the cornmeal, wheat flour and baking powder for the dough.
  6. Add dry mixture to milk mixture. Stir. You should have a dough like a thick batter, if the dough is thicker, add more milk, add milk until the dough is the desired consistency. The amount of milk depends on the quality of the flour.
  7. Now take the sausages. If you take large ones, then it will take you about 10 pieces. I always take small children's sausages. If you have large ones, cut each into 2-3 parts.
  8. Immediately put the oil on the stove to heat up. It must be poured into a dish in which you can conveniently dip the sausages. I use a 1 liter mug. You need to pour a lot of oil. I pour 0.5 liters of oil into a mug. Sausages should be boiled in oil.
  9. Now prick each sausage on a skewer, dip in the dough and send to boiling oil. To make the dough take better, I first roll them in flour.
  10. Fry sausages until golden brown.
  11. I put them immediately on a waffle towel so that excess fat is gone, and then I put them in a vase with a sausage up and serve them on the table.

Our whole family loves these incredibly fragrant cakes. This recipe was given to me by a friend from Abkhazia. After her incredibly delicious story about these cakes, which are always cooked in their family, I really wanted to try them.

After the first time, everyone fell in love with such cakes. Now I even bake them for a holiday for guests, they just fly away from the dish and bread is no longer needed.

To make cakes you will need:

  • Cornmeal - 130-140 g;
  • Kefir - 100 ml;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
  • Salt - half a teaspoon;
  • Italian dried herbs - 1 teaspoon;
  • Dried green onions - 1 teaspoon;
  • Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon;
  • Dried sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon;
  • Refined vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • Poppy - 1 tablespoon;
  • Sesame - 1 tablespoon;
  • Vegetable oil for greasing cakes.

Let's start cooking:

  1. For cooking, take a convenient dish in which you will prepare the dough.
  2. Pour all the kefir into this bowl.
  3. Break the egg into kefir and add salt, mix kefir with the egg using a fork or whisk. They should become a homogeneous mass.
  4. Then make the dry mix in a separate bowl. Whisk in all the flour, baking powder, dry mixture of Italian herbs, dried green onions, sweet paprika and dried garlic. Mix everything well.
  5. Add the entire dry mixture gradually to the kefir with the egg. Knead the dough.
  6. Divide your dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll them into balls.
  7. Roll out a cake from each ball, its thickness should be about 0.5 cm. Fold them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  8. Then grease each cake with vegetable oil, you can take any vegetable oil that you like.
  9. Next, sprinkle each cake with sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Lightly press the topping onto the dough with your hand.
  10. Put the baking sheet with the cakes in the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake them for 15 minutes.

We are all used to the fact that waffles are sweet pastries, but these waffles are cooked salty. They are just perfect for breakfast. Such waffles for breakfast will give you a boost of energy for the whole day and enrich your body with a lot of useful substances.

For test:

  • Corn flour - 140 g;
  • Wheat flour - 140 g;
  • Egg - 2 pieces;
  • Milk - 1 cup (200 ml);
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Canned corn - 100 g;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Ground pepper - to taste.

To grease waffles:

  • Butter - 100-150 g;
  • Canned corn - 150 g.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Immediately prepare the dishes in which it will be convenient for you to mix all the dough.
  2. Pour all the milk into it at once, it must be heated to a temperature slightly warmer than room temperature, but do not make it very warm.
  3. Break eggs into milk and beat everything with a fork or whisk.
  4. Then add salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Discard canned corn in a colander, its juice is not needed in the dough. Add 100 grams of corn to milk.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal and wheat flour. Add it to milk, and mix everything thoroughly, there should be no lumps of flour.
  7. Then melt the butter, pour it into the dough and mix thoroughly until smooth. (Butter can be replaced with margarine, the taste will not change, but the cost will decrease).
  8. Then you need to bake the waffles in the waffle iron as usual. Here do everything as usual.
  9. Ready waffles need to cool completely.
  10. Then grease them butter and top with the remaining canned corn.

An excellent variant of pizza on corn dough. The dough turns out very tasty, and the pizza is very unusual. Such a treat can be served on the table to guests on a holiday.

  • Baking powder for dough - 2 teaspoons;
  • Salt - to taste.

For filling:

  • Ketchup - 6 tablespoons;
  • Sausage - 300 g;
  • Champignons - 250 g;
  • Canned corn - 150 g;
  • Tomato - 2 pieces;
  • Any cheese - 200 g.

Let's start cooking:

  1. Let's start with the dough. For the dough, you need convenient utensils for preparing it.
  2. Immediately put all the cottage cheese, if you have it large, then remember a little with a fork so that it becomes small, you do not need to grind it into a paste with a blender.
  3. Add eggs to curd and mix well.
  4. Add vegetable oil, you can take any to your liking or just the one that you have in the house. Mix the butter with the curd mass.
  5. Then mix the cornmeal, corn starch and baking powder separately.
  6. Add dry matter to curd. Knead the dough thoroughly, if suddenly it sticks to your hands, then add a little more cornmeal.
  7. Then divide the resulting dough into two parts if you bake two pizzas. Or cook from the whole piece if you are going to make one big one.
  8. Two small ones need to be rolled into layers with a diameter of 25 cm, and of course a large one with a diameter of 50 cm or according to your shape.
  9. Put the finished layer on the form in which you will bake.
  10. Send the finished dough for the base to the oven, heated to 180 °, let it stand there for 10 minutes. (It's just cornmeal - it's harder, and if you put the filling on a completely raw dough, it will be damp).
  11. Take the dough out of the oven and start filling it.
  12. Lubricate the top of the dough well with ketchup, you can mix it with mayonnaise.
  13. Then cut the sausage as you like and spread it over the dough.
  14. Then cut the tomatoes into half rings and arrange them in the same way.
  15. Then cut the champignons into slices, put them to the filling.
  16. Grate the cheese over the pizza last. You can take any cheese you like and what you can afford, I cook with different cheeses from melted to solid.
  17. Send the pizza to the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake it for 25 minutes.
  18. Take it out and serve hot.

Corn muffins with sausages and hard cheese

These cupcakes are perfect for a snack at any time of the day. They are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They are perfect to take with you on the road. My children often take this delicacy to school and for a walk. Even on a holiday, they are great for serving guests.

To make cupcakes you will need:

  • Cornmeal - 2 cups (250 g each);
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons;

  4. Break eggs into kefir, mix everything with a whisk.
  5. Melt the butter to a liquid state, pour the melted butter to the kefir. Stir.
  6. Then mix flour with baking powder.
  7. Gradually introduce the flour into the kefir mass, mix well the dough. There should be no lumps.
  8. Then take the sausages, peel them from the packaging. Cut sausages into small cubes.
  9. Pour the chopped sausages into the dough, mix well.
  10. Then rub the cheese on a coarse grater, pour it into the dough.
  11. Mix the dough well so that all the ingredients mix well, pay special attention to how the cheese disperses in the dough, it can stick together in lumps. I usually rub a little at once into the dough and mix constantly.
  12. Then take cupcake molds, you can use disposable paper ones. Lubricate the molds with a little vegetable oil.
  13. Fill the forms with dough a little more than half, you should not pour more, because the dough will rise well and may go beyond the edges of the form.
  14. Place the molds on a baking sheet. Send the baking sheet with the molds to the oven, preheated to 180 °, bake the cupcakes until golden brown.
  15. Be sure to check the readiness with a toothpick. I do not indicate the baking time due to the fact that all molds are of different sizes and therefore the baking time is always different. (I use standard size iron pans. Cupcakes of this size usually take about 25-30 minutes to bake.)
  16. Carefully shake the finished cupcakes out of the mold. If you used disposables, then naturally you don’t need to do this.

Ingredients:

  • cornmeal - 1 cup (140 g),
  • chicken eggs 3-4 pcs.,
  • kefir - 500 ml,
  • baking soda -1 tsp.,
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml,
  • sheep cheese - 200 g,
  • butter (for mold)
  • sour cream (for serving).

Cooking process:

repay baking soda in kefir (fat content does not matter).

Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C until done, this will take approximately 20-30 minutes (depending on your oven).

Check the readiness of the cheese pie: pierce it with a wooden stick, and if it comes out dry, the pie is ready. If the stick is wet (with dough) - place the form for a few more minutes in the oven, the cake is not ready yet.

  • A couple cups of cornmeal.
  • A teaspoon of soda.
  • Half a glass of sugar.
  • Six large ripe apples.
  • One third of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Two hundred milliliters of apple juice.

Additionally, in your kitchen there should be a little table salt, vegetable oil and powdered sugar.

Process description

Combine all dry ingredients in one deep container and mix well. The fourth part of the total amount of the resulting mass is laid out in a form, the bottom of which is lined with parchment paper and greased with vegetable oil.   • 250 grams of fresh cottage cheese.
  • 3 raw eggs.
  • 200 grams of sugar and cornmeal.

  • One lemon and one orange.
  • 90 grams of flour.
  • 50 milliliters of sour cream.
  • 2/3 teaspoon baking soda.

In the oven, you can quickly bake a delicious and fragrant dessert. This pie consists of pumpkin dough, apple slices and caramel sauce. Therefore, the process of its preparation can be divided into several stages.

Step. No. 1. The first thing you need to do is create caramel. To do this, pour fifty grams of sugar into a saucepan and place it on the stove. When the sweet grains are completely melted and acquire a beautiful amber hue, cream is added to the dishes and gently stirred until smooth.

Step No. 2. The caramel prepared in this way is poured onto the bottom of a mold lined with parchment. Apples, peeled and cut into thin slices, are placed on top and put aside.

Step number 3. Now it's time to do the test. The pumpkin is cut into small pieces and crushed with a blender. Ground cinnamon, a raw egg and forty grams of granulated sugar are added to the resulting puree. Beat well again, and then combine with baking powder and cornmeal. At the final stage, vegetable oil is poured into the dough and mixed.
