We put our cottage cheese in a separate container. It can be either purchased store-bought cottage cheese, or cooked by you at home.

Add softened butter to it. It can be pre-cut and then it will be much easier to mix the ingredients.

Knead the cottage cheese and butter with a fork, add two tablespoons of sugar.

We begin to gradually add flour. Then add baking powder.

We knead the dough.

Sprinkle a dry surface with flour and begin to roll out the dough. We should get a 0.5 cm thick pancake.

Take a glass and start cutting circles with it.

Separately, pour sugar and dip a circle in it on one side.

Then turn the sugar side inward.

Once again we dip our dough in sugar, again only one half, and fold it in half to get such cute triangles (since today is the first of April, I hid small notes with wishes in some cookies).

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, while not lubricating it with oil.

We spread our cookies at some distance from each other. As they cook, they will expand and increase in size.

We put in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

After we get a wonderful cookie for the whole family. Enjoy your meal!

The technology for baking treats from curd dough is extremely simple. Everyone can learn how to cook this unpretentious, but very tasty dessert with a light creamy flavor and delicate aroma. Use the step-by-step recipe with a photo presented here - and then you will succeed 100%.

  1. So, first you need to prepare all the necessary products listed above.

  1. Then immediately combine cottage cheese and softened butter. Add a pinch of salt. Using a fork, everything should be kneaded properly so that the mass becomes relatively homogeneous.

  1. Sift flour. Add vanilla and baking powder to it.

  1. In several steps (optimally in 3 passes), the resulting dry mixture will need to be carefully introduced into the curd composition, mixing this mass every time.

  1. Knead the dough well with your hands. Too much and long kneading it is not required. It is important that the composition becomes as elastic and very soft as possible, and also does not stick to the hands. Then it must be transferred to a separate cup and covered with cling film on top. The dough should now rest a little.

On a note! For proofing or the so-called rest, the curd dough is given at least 30-40 minutes.

  1. Divide the finished dough into 2 equal parts. Roll each of them into a thin layer no more than 2 mm thick. Using improvised means (special molds or an ordinary glass), cut out circles. Generously dip each piece in sugar. Fold in half - dip again in granulated sugar. Fold in half again and again dip the dough into sugar with one side.

  1. Put all the Triangles curd cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees.

Cottage cheese cookies Triangles according to my grandmother's old recipe are lush, crispy, with a layered structure.

Hello dear readers of my blog and YouTube channel viewers.

Today we will bake cookies according to my grandmother's old recipe - Triangles Cottage Cheese Cookies. The other day I was rereading an old homemade notebook with recipes and came across the recipe for this cookie. I just bought country cottage cheese. And since everything coincided, then you need to pamper your family with delicious cookies.

And in my old notebook there was a recipe from the same curd dough. The taste is completely different and looks very elegant on the plate. I highly recommend baking it too.

In general, cottage cheese dough is universal. From it you can bake not only sweet cookies, but also pies and pies with unsweetened fillings. Curd dough is prepared without sugar and can be prepared in advance. You can store cottage cheese dough in the refrigerator for up to three days in cling film and even freeze.

  • 350 gr. flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp soda
  • 200 gr. very cold oil
  • 400 gr. cottage cheese
  • sugar for sprinkling

On the working surface we sift 300 gr. flour, soda and baking powder. In this recipe, it is very important not to shift the excess flour. Therefore, at first we take only 300 gr. flour, and the remaining 50 gr. add after taking the dough out of the refrigerator, if necessary. Much depends on the moisture content of the curd. If there is too much flour in the dough, then the cookies will not turn out crumbly.

We put very cold butter in the flour and chop with a knife, turning it into a flour-butter crumb. We chop the butter with a knife so as not to heat the dough with the warmth of our hands. With this method of preparing the dough, the cookies will be puff.

Add curd to crumbs. If the cottage cheese has a coarse-grained structure, then it should be rubbed through a sieve. We chop again with a knife, connecting all the components together.

Finish kneading the dough with your hands. Do not knead the dough with your hands for a long time. Just quickly gather the dough into a ball.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least one hour. You can make the dough in the evening and bake the cookies the next day.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator. Cut off half and make cookies. We put the other half in the refrigerator for now.

Lightly dust the surface with flour. Roll out the dough and cut into pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball the size of a walnut. Roll each ball into a thin cake. The cakes don't have to be perfectly round.

Sprinkle the cake with sugar, fold in half, sprinkle with sugar again and fold in half again. We get triangles.

Love fast food? Then you will definitely like these cottage cheese cookies, it is also called sugar or triangles. The main taste characteristic of this cookie is tenderness! And it's quite simple to make - try it, you will definitely like it!

Cottage cheese cookies in the oven. Step by step recipe

  1. Grind cottage cheese through a sieve. Well, if you really don’t feel like it at all, you can just grind it or use a blender.
  2. Add butter at room temperature, beat in an egg, pour in vanillin.
  3. Now grind everything again with a blender.
  4. Sift a glass of flour and mix with baking powder, add to the curd mass and mix again.
  5. Sift the second glass of flour directly onto the table, put the prepared dough there and knead with your hands until it completely absorbs all the flour. If necessary, you can add a little flour.
  6. The dough should not stick to your hands. If you add flour, then no more than half a glass, otherwise the dough will turn out to be too dense.

  11. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  12. Dip each round in sugar on one side, and fold the circle in half with the sugar side inward. Now dip one half in sugar again and fold in half again. You should get a triangle with sugar inside.

This is a fairly well-known Soviet recipe, very popular in its time, and still loved by many housewives today. Preparing quickly, so it can be classified as "guests on the doorstep." The Triangles curd cookies have another name - Kisses, but perhaps you know it as "Ears". Or "crow's feet".

Only 4 ingredients, no problems with kneading the dough, and in just 30 minutes the kitchen is filled with the warm and delicate aroma of homemade baking. Even from a small lump of dough you get a whole mountain of delicious cookies that are eaten as quickly as they are cooked. Cottage cheese “triangles” are airy, layered cookies with a crispy sugar crust; children really like them and are great for a children's holiday.

Baking powder for this cookie is not at all an obligatory ingredient, but some housewives add it for greater splendor of the finished product. If you want to cook with baking powder, add 1/2 tsp of flour to this amount. Alternatively, you can make "triangles" with cinnamon or vanilla, pouring them on the tip of a knife to sugar. And on top of each cookie - place a raisin or nut.

On a note: the diameter of my round blanks was 8 cm, small triangles turned out, you can take a larger shape for cutting.

Ingredients

How to make triangle biscuits

  1. I prepare everything you need. The oil must be well chilled.

  2. Pour flour into the bowl of a food processor with a metal knife nozzle, spread pieces of butter.

  3. I grind everything to the state of fine crumbs. This can be done with a regular knife, it just takes a little more time.

  4. I post curd. Again I scroll everything until I get a lumpy dough.

  5. With my hands I collect all the lumps into a ball. They should stick well. I pinch off a small piece and roll it out on a floured surface to a thickness of 2-3 mm. With the help of a mold or a glass, I cut out circles for curd cookies “triangles”.

  6. I pour sugar into a bowl. I dip the round billet, fold it halfway with sugar inside. I also dip the resulting semicircle into sugar with one side. I fold it again, put it in sugar only on top.

  7. I spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Nothing needs to be lubricated.

  8. I bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Be sure to make sure that the tops are browned, and the bottom side is not burnt.

Serve immediately, over time, the “kisses” become more moist inside.
