In each of the episodes of “Battle of Psychics. Third World War" psychics are subjected to difficult tests of their paranormal abilities. But sometimes these tests become truly life-threatening, as happened with Ilona Cauldre, a project participant from Estonia. Abandoned house. Seven rooms of pure horror. The task of the psychics was to feel what awaited them and choose an item that would help them escape - a fire extinguisher, a gas mask, an umbrella, warm clothes, rubber boots, gloves, a knife and, possibly, a telephone receiver. “Every person has their own fears. I am very afraid of fire in my life. And during this test, I had a presentiment that it would be hot... I knew that I would not be saved, and I began to panic. And I could have refused, not entered this room, but... - Ilona recalls those events, - all I remember is a bright flash, it was a blaze of gas. As a result, my face and hair were burned, but the worst thing was that the eyelashes I had extensions for filming in the program melted and flowed into my eyes. I spent two days in the hospital. Despite all the doctors’ efforts, vision was never fully restored.”
Ilona Cauldre is a clairvoyant and psychic who can find a person wherever he is, talks to the souls of the dead, removes generational curses and looks into the future. In cooperation with the Estonian police, she has solved about twenty missing persons cases. In 2010, she became the winner of the Baltic selection for the show “Battle of Psychics”. Born with my heart on the right side
She was born in northeastern Estonia, in the city of Kiviõli, Ida-Viru County. Ilona's parents are not Estonian - her mother is Finnish, her father is German. According to my father’s stories, many in his family were endowed with special abilities. Ilona's brother also has psychic abilities. “I realized my gift early, but at first I didn’t understand that it was unusual, it seemed to me that everyone around me saw and felt the same way as me. By training, Ilona is an operating room nurse, but she has tragic memories associated with her entry into this profession. Talking about this, she cannot hold back her tears. “I did my government practice on the island of Saaremaa, in the operating department of a hospital. A man who had had a craniotomy came to see me for a dressing; he brought me a chocolate bar, and I clearly saw that in two days he would die. It was terrible. Each time my predictions, unfortunately, came true; work became more and more difficult. I don’t even know whether it’s happiness or misfortune that I have such a gift. When she found out about the selection for the “Battle of Psychics” show, she decided to test herself, because until then she considered herself a person with very developed intuition. She won the selection, and since then her career as a psychic began. “I can see a little into the future, but only if there is a justification for it, because the future cannot actually be changed. Sometimes it’s good to know what awaits you, but in most cases it’s better to submit to fate. I am for everyone to live every moment of their life and not once again try to look into the future.” Ilona says she doesn't walk around like a human x-ray, although she could. She does not enjoy feeling the energy of other people at every step - this is difficult and dangerous, because a psychic can accumulate negativity and destructive force. Sometimes information comes to her easily, but you can’t rely on inspiration alone, you need to specially tune in and train. “It doesn’t happen that I close my eyes and see transparencies or a cartoon; rather, these are thought forms and images that appear, and I describe them. I don’t know how this happens, for me it’s a miracle. I'm not trying to explain how this phenomenon works, I'm just listening to myself, learning and honing my skills. Any talent needs to be developed - if you do nothing, it will disappear and burst like a soap bubble. People who come to a psychic want to hear something reassuring, and this comes with a huge responsibility, especially if he sees something bad in the future. Can a psychic interfere with something that has not yet happened? “If something can be changed in fate, I warn and offer several options so that the person himself chooses the path to follow. In life, as in fairy tales, there are three options - straight, right and left. You need to make important decisions about your life yourself; you cannot dump them on a psychic and hope that he will give a ready answer. If the intentions are sincere, a person can do a lot, even change the terrible outcome that could have been. Yes, there are cases when it is impossible to change the course of events - no matter how hard a person tries, he still gets the same result. When I see such a seal, I don’t tell the person about it, because I want to believe that miracles happen, regardless of what I see and what the person does.”
Of course, people come to a psychic not when everything is fine and the person is happy, but when a person cannot find a way out of a difficult situation, when he is in pain or has experienced a tragedy, the death of a loved one. Working with subtle energies devastates the psychic. “First of all, I am a person, a woman, and only then a psychic, so the whole range of emotions is not alien to me. Participating in international battles of psychics, Ilona became convinced that almost everyone believed that a curse, damage caused by a neighbor, or the evil eye was to blame for their misfortunes. In fact, belief in curses, damage, and the evil eye has recently become very widespread. Ilona says that damage is not so simple; it doesn’t lie on the road. Damage must be earned; it cannot be inflicted on anyone you wish. “For damage to stick, a person must be very guilty of fate. For most people, damage is such an advantageous position that one can attribute one’s own inaction and inertia to it. A person wants to be happy, but does not do anything to achieve his goals - he does not want to act, learn, or overcome obstacles. Although damage and the evil eye exist, they do not exist on such a scale as is exaggerated. I know terrible situations when an entire family is cursed so that all the boys die in several generations. To avoid this, you need to know your roots, history and find the true cause of the curse.”
Nowadays there is a lot of negativity and aggression in people. Is it possible to cause damage by accident by thinking bad things about someone? The psychic thinks so. “If a person is in the appropriate emotional state, the negative signals sent by him can actually get to the person who is at that moment, for some reason, susceptible to them. Therefore, people must be responsible not only for their words and deeds, but also for the thoughts and consequences they may cause. When wishing evil on another - failure, illness, death - you need to understand that the thought, like a boomerang, will return and hit, if not you, then your children or grandchildren. Ilona knows of cases where children were responsible for the sins of their ancestors. In one family, in which there were ten children, almost all of them died tragically - they drowned one after another. There was only one left, who came to Ilona for advice. The clairvoyant told him that his great-great-grandmother drowned her newborn and it was this generation that was paying for this terrible sin. “Then I could not help this young man, I clearly saw that death awaited him in the water, and the worst forecast came true two weeks later - he drank the water, choked and died... The curse came true, and the family ceased to exist. For reckoning to occur, there must be many coincidences. The children of murderers and traitors live happily ever after, fate does not punish them, but, believe me, the time will come when someone will pay for all their deeds, and very dearly.” However, Ilona admits that if a person really wants, life can be turned in a completely different direction. Damage can also be indicated by the body’s reaction to precious stones. A bad sign is if a dark line remains on the finger on which the gold or silver ring was worn. “Take your wedding ring and rub it across your face. If a gray line appears, then something is wrong with you. There is no need to self-medicate, you need to go to a specialist. Without knowing the various nuances, you cannot, for example, take cards and start guessing, because the same card can mean different things. You can pull out the death card, program yourself and actually die, so it's best not to go into a door you don't have the keys to."

Ilona says that there is only one criterion - whether it became better after communicating with a psychic or not. Whether it was pleasant to communicate with him, we understand very quickly on an intuitive level, because an exchange of energies occurs. If the sensations are unpleasant and after the conversation the problem seems even more complicated, then most likely this person will not be able to help. “Any communication with a psychic should give a positive result - you need to want to move, smile, live, but if on the contrary, then such a psychic does not deserve your attention. Ilona Cauldre was born in 1969 in Azeri, her mother is Finnish and her father is German. Ilona has a brother who does not have a psychic gift. As an exceptional pragmatist, I have always been skeptical of fortune tellers and clairvoyants. But one day they simply appeared in my life and an understanding came: intuition and certain exceptional abilities are the same phenomenon as talented musicians, wonderful artists and doctors, as they say, from God.
Therefore, when I met Ilona Cauldre, a clairvoyant from Estonia, I was no longer surprised. “For as long as I can remember, I have had these abilities since birth. As from birth and the heart is on the right side. I understand that they are using their chance, but they don’t understand that I can’t start telling the story right there in the store. It's like a surgeon who can't begin to operate in the middle of the street.
And today I’m trying to reconsider and streamline my life a little, so as not to give myself over to it completely and at any time, but still distribute my schedule, realize that I cannot help everyone and come to terms with it. In the meantime, I’m so trouble-free that I don’t have time to rest. If we had met five years ago, I would have admitted that I often use my abilities in the crowd, sitting over a cup of coffee. Just out of curiosity and of my own free will. But now I don’t do this anymore - I don’t have enough strength.
When I won the “Battle of Psychics”, and then became the silver medalist of the “International Battle of Psychics”, I was burdened with so many other people’s problems that now I have no desire to use my abilities once again. You can’t even imagine what you can sometimes run into in a person! Sometimes it is almost impossible to get rid of this information. Now, if you don’t ask me, I won’t tell anyone anything myself and I won’t voluntarily delve into someone else’s energy. And I just want to abstract myself from everything, silence, water, my beloved pug at my side, to be close to my husband and that’s it!
I rarely make predictions for myself, because when I see something bad, I perceive it so emotionally that I literally begin to program myself for such an outcome and, as a result, change my life. But sometimes such a forward look kills motivation and incentive. This is what happened with “The Dinner Party.” I knew that the first round would go great and I went as if it were a holiday. But I also knew that I would lose in the second round. It was difficult to force myself to get up and still take part.
And in this life, no matter how much we would like to believe, not everything depends on us. For example, we cannot influence two things in any way: birth and death. But sometimes we can change our destiny. Another question: is it necessary? Sometimes, being at a crossroads, we don’t even know that it is not necessary to make a choice, but there is a chance to go back or stop. Therefore, it is good if there are loved ones nearby who at some point can guide you, to whom you can entrust your destiny. You don’t have to rely only on yourself all the time and put an unbearable burden on your shoulders.
Just remember, not every person is capable of making fateful decisions. Look at your hands. If the main lines on the right and left hands are different, you are the smith of your own destiny. If not, then everything in your life is already predetermined. And even when it seems to you that you are solving a vital issue, this is an illusion. Fate has already given you everything. And when a person is also successful, they say about him: “God kissed his crown.”
A person must be happy! Otherwise, why was he born into this world? But the concept of happiness and its components is different for everyone and, often, fleeting. It seems like we’re feeling good now, but we sum it up and get upset: we ourselves haven’t done anything to be happy. I can say right away: next year will be harder than this one. And in order not to succumb to depression, save for a rainy day. This will give you strength, confidence and help you get through the year with the least worry. And already in 2015 it will become easier.

How a clairvoyant almost lost her sight
Filming each episode of the “Battle of Psychics” became an extreme test for clairvoyants. During one of the tests, Ilona almost lost her sight. The task was quite difficult: the psychic had to feel what awaited him in the “panic room” and choose one item that would save his life. When Ilona opened the door to the room, she saw a bright flash: it was gas that had caught fire. Of course, the organizers made sure that the psychics were not in real danger, but in the case of Ilona, the test did not go according to plan. The fire singed her arms and hair and melted her eyelash extensions, which flowed into her eyes. As a result, Cauldre had to spend several days in the hospital: doctors managed to restore her vision, but it became much worse than before the fatal ordeal.

- There is a difference. I'm not very savvy in theory, but I'll try to explain. Psychic is a general concept, a definition for a person with extraordinary abilities in a certain field. All psychics can be conditionally divided into so-called white and black. The first are clairvoyants. They do not use any attributes, do not perform rituals, knowledge comes to them on its own. The second are mediums who communicate with the souls of the dead, with angels. They use paraphernalia, perform rituals, call themselves magicians or sorcerers.
– You, as is now clear, are clairvoyant. Do you “see clearly” in all areas?
– When a person does everything at once, this is wrong. Every profession has a specialization, such as lawyers and doctors. A good therapist might be able to remove the appendix, but he won't do it. And, probably, a good psychic will be able to help outside of his direct competence, but is it necessary to do this? For example, there is a specialization - a search engine: someone who is looking for missing people determines from a photograph whether a person is alive or not. This ability is not given to everyone, but I, for example, am strong in this area.
– They say that you took part in the search for the little Narvian Varya. This is true?
– I cooperate a lot with the police in searches for missing people. And she was one of the first to find out that Varya was missing. At that moment I was filming in Ukraine, they immediately sent me a photograph of the girl, I showed it to everyone, and we came to a common sad conclusion - she is dead. I returned home, went to Narva... We found the body: everyone who was there knows that I took part in the search. I have a version of what happened, and I know that the police are developing it too. And will they catch the criminal... I won’t catch anyone: everything should be handled by professionals.
– How does clairvoyance “work”? Is it uninterrupted, does it happen unexpectedly, or can it be “turned on” and “turned off” at will?
– You can always force yourself to work, but there is also a human factor – mood, for example. You, too, sometimes have to tune in to what needs to be done. And sometimes information comes on its own when you don’t want it. Yesterday we were returning by car from Tallinn and saw a snowplow ahead. And suddenly I realized: something would happen to her. I tell my husband: “Drive quietly behind, don’t overtake.” And sure enough, before our very eyes near Khalyal, this car ended up in a ditch. Who knows, if we had started to overtake her, everything could have ended much worse. Or, I remember from childhood: we were supposed to perform a concert in front of our neighbor, and suddenly at night I realized that I didn’t need to learn a poem - the neighbor would die... Now I’ve learned to control myself, so uninvited insights come less often. Therefore, in order to receive information, you need to tune in. – You remembered your childhood. When did you feel your strength?
– It is impossible to acquire this gift, I was born this way. It's like an ear for music: you can learn to play a musical instrument, but if you don't have an ear for music, it won't be of any use. Extrasensory abilities can be developed, but only if you have them. Since childhood, my mother told me that I was special. But she meant that I have a mirror arrangement of internal organs - my heart is on the right. I always easily found secrets in the yard - remember, they made those under glass? What terribly frightened the generation of the nineties, especially those who have these nines in their month or birthday. And many others... Here's me. Is it really that bad?
– I knew it! This is the work of the screenwriters: my words were taken out of context. Nobody needs to be scared. There are no coincidences in the date of birth, but in order for something bad to happen to a person, a lot must coincide - place, time... In short, there must be nine nines, and three nines in the date of birth in itself do not bode well. And from the program, for example, it was cut out that the place where the accident occurred is popularly called “Nine.” Numerology is a whole science, and one should not approach it so primitively. In general, nine is a good sign, promising both happiness and success in money, allowing you to start all over again many times.
– And for some this can turn into a kind of “Groundhog Day”...
– It can, of course, but it’s not at all necessary. But it is easier to rise from the ashes.
- But in a bad way, the point is, in fact, not in the nine itself, but in the fact that it is an inverted six, did I understand correctly? Is it also a problem with sixes?
– Well, yes, in terms of “fatefulness” these figures are equivalent. But when they appear by chance, that's normal. It's another matter when you address them intentionally than when you challenge Satan. For example, there are people who choose a number for a car - three sixes. Should not be doing that.
– Yes, we know the sad example of Mait Metsamaa, whose license plate had these numbers on it. People died because of him, and then he himself was killed.
– I also know a similar case. And she warned this guy: don’t anger fate. I didn't listen. And he died.
Don't go to a fortune teller
- About the wrath of fate. Nowadays it is very fashionable to run around with curses, evil eyes, damage... Can we talk about this?
- That's exactly what's fashionable. Some esoteric programs are constantly shown on TV, and people begin to draw conclusions: since I can’t do something, it means that I am under a curse. But damnation, excuse me, must also be earned, that is, one must do something bad oneself.
– Then please clarify the issue of all kinds of evil eyes and damage.
- The evil eye is just a small thing. Even a good person can cast the evil eye, and absolutely not on purpose. Let's say you were emotionally devastated one day, and someone envied you.
- Well, yes, my emptiness. How amazingly emotionally devastated she is! - he thought.
– Even so (laughs). But the evil eye passes easily. For a day or two some failures and troubles will haunt you - and that’s it, you’ll heal yourself. But damage is a whole ritual, something that is done intentionally. But it won’t just stick; like a curse, it must be earned – through bad deeds, evil thoughts. Well, there may also be a family curse, but this is generally rare. That’s why, as the church teaches, you can’t sin: the children will have enough.
– Up to what generation does the generational curse apply, they say, up to the seventh or tenth?
- Until the entire family is destroyed.
- Oh. But I heard that the one who imposed it will have a hard time...
- Still would. But people do this meaningfully, at the cost of their own lives and those of their loved ones. If you remember, in our program there was a story about a family curse - when all family members died from water. The woman who cursed this family died, and her children also died. So there is no need to curse anyone.
– But let’s talk about something that’s not so scary. How, for example, can you determine that you have been damaged?
– These should be troubles not in any particular area, but when a person, no matter what he undertakes, everything falls out of his hands. In all areas - at work, at home, in personal life... At the same time, a person tries to do something, fight, but nothing works out for him. This may be symptoms of damage. If someone was unfairly fired from work, this is not damage; this happens to everyone. And if the husband ran away, this is not damage. But if it’s both of these things, and there’s a “man-made disaster” at home, and your health is failing, and, for example, things are getting lost, then you can think about why this is happening.

- Can. In order to restore a person’s energy and provide him with protection, several sessions are carried out. And the victim himself must sincerely forgive his offender. And here I want to warn everyone: such sessions are not conducted remotely, for example, by telephone, personal contact is required. And, of course, the damage must be removed by a specialist, not a charlatan. And now there are so many of them...
– How to recognize a charlatan?
– The surest way is to check the availability of the relevant documents. Someone says - oh, a real psychic will not confirm his abilities anywhere, will not go on television... Nonsense! The real one will do. But the charlatan is not. Because he will be quickly seen through. It’s even somehow strange: an artist, for example, exhibits his paintings, he needs recognition, a poet publishes his poems... Not to mention the fact that a specialist in any field is required to have a diploma when applying for a job. For example, someone knows how to heal, but he is not a doctor. Will they trust him to treat people? No! So are psychics.
– We saw on TV what you are capable of. Where else were your abilities tested?
- But of course! I was tested at the Center of Mikhail Vinogradov, who is also the president of the League of Psychics. I passed the tests and received a certificate: I have the highest, first degree. I myself needed these tests so that I would not just think - oh, I have abilities, but would firmly know this, so that specialists would confirm this.
Secrets and kilograms of happiness
– You said that the psychic puts up protection. Do some talismans or amulets help a person or is this superstition?
– They help, but there is a difference between them. A talisman can be, so to speak, a family talisman; it can be given as a gift or passed on by inheritance. For example, this is some kind of family item, inherited from a happy, successful relative. Or you and your husband were on vacation somewhere, you wanted to buy a figurine or a picture... You are in a good mood - this is important! – we bought it, put it up and hung it at home, it pleases the eye and brings back pleasant memories. This is also a talisman - something that you wanted to buy and then decorate the interior with it.
A talisman, also known as an amulet, is made by a specialist individually for a specific person. Stones are often used for this purpose. And it may be that when a person avoids danger - say, misses a plane, which then crashes - the stone darkens or bursts. The amulet cannot be given to anyone: it protects only its owner.
- About stones. Is it right to choose them according to their horoscope?
- Of course not. For example, according to the Zodiac, my birthstone is turquoise. But she doesn’t make me happy, she doesn’t warm me. Astrology is serious, but not these same horoscopes that are published everywhere. The horoscope must be individual, and the stone is determined by many factors. But you can choose it yourself. The stones that you like and that are pleasant to wear are yours. There is a message from the stone, and you need to feel it with your heart. There are, of course, some general recommendations. For example, if a person is prone to depression, he should not wear amber. And aventurine will help lift your spirits: it contains a whole union of different energies. It is especially good to wear in the spring, when you are tired and have vitamin deficiency.
- But let's get back to you. What is it like to be able to read a person's mind? Does it help or hinder more?
– It happens that it interferes with work. A person asks me a question, but with his thoughts distracts me from work. For example, I had a case where a mother was so sure that her child was killed that she inspired this in me too. And she left, I look at the photograph - no, he’s alive! A person’s inner conviction in something can be stronger than reality.
It can also be difficult to concentrate on set. They ask me a question, and next to me the screenwriter is thinking very “loudly” about whether her loved one left her or not. I just want to tell her - let him call you tomorrow, calm down! But on the other hand, I never make mistakes in people, my first impression is always correct. There are no random, “not my” people in my environment.
– Do you feel when you are being lied to?
- Certainly. But, as a rule, I don’t show it. For what? If he lies, it means he has reasons for it. And I pretend that I believe. If this, of course, does not interfere with my life.
– At least a few words about your family.
- I'm married. Not the first time, but I hope it's the last. That is, I know that it’s the last one. The husband comes from a family of hereditary police officers. Son German is 21 years old, he has already received a diploma in information technology - as he said, “for you, mom,” and now “for himself” he is studying to become a stylist. I gave birth to Herman “in spite of”: in addition to the mirror arrangement of organs, I also have one kidney. I’m telling this on purpose so that people who are told that they won’t be able to give birth don’t despair. That's what they told me too. We also have two pugs, and I also love them very much - these are my two times 14 kilograms of happiness.
What else to say? We recently changed our place of residence. And this means a lot when a person changes something - house, first name, last name, husband-wife... And I always tell women: if you understand that you feel bad with this person, or at this job, in this apartment - need to be changed. There will be other men, work, housing.
