Adding banana puree to the dough will make it amazing, give it new shades and brighten up everyday life. Even a beginner can prepare it, and the result will surprise even a professional.

Ingredients:

  • wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • sour cream – 250 ml;
  • chicken eggs – 1 pc.;
  • bananas – 300 g;
  • soda – 5 g;
  • lemon juice – 20 ml;
  • salt – 0.5 tsp;
  • Sunflower oil – 20 ml.

Preparation

We take big, big bananas. If they turn a little black, that's okay. After all, the pulp will be used, but its color is not visible in pancakes. Making pancakes with mashed bananas is a great way to recycle uneaten bananas.

We clean the fruits. The peel can be used to feed indoor plants if you soak it in water for a day.

Mash the pulp with a fork.

In a suitable container, mix chicken eggs, salt, sugar. If desired, you can add vanillin or essence. This will give the baked goods a pleasant aroma.

Beat the ingredients using a mixer and add sour cream. Its fat content doesn't matter. The only thing is that if the product expires, then this is very good. Sour sour cream will make the pancakes unusually tall, porous and fluffy.

Mix and add sifted premium wheat flour. You can try the first one, but with it the products will be less airy.

Mix soda in a bowl with lemon juice and pour into the base. If there is no juice, you can replace it the old fashioned way with nine percent vinegar.

Then add banana puree and stir until smooth. If it turns out too thick, add more sour cream. If it’s a little liquid, add a couple of tablespoons of flour. The base for pancakes should resemble rich sour cream.

Pour sunflower oil into the frying pan. Warm it up better and add pancakes using a tablespoon. Cook for a minute over low heat.

Turn over and cook the same amount. We determine readiness by appearance. If the pancakes are browned and a caramel smell is heard, then it’s time to remove the batch and fry the next one.

Serve the finished banana pancakes in portions or in a shared plate. It’s delicious to offer your favorite addition to them.

Toppings can be sweet (chocolate, berry sauce, ice cream) or savory (sour cream, yogurt). Whatever the addition, the pancakes themselves will create a sensation. After all, they are tasty, bright and aromatic. They are best eaten warm.
